I appreciated Chuck Mickey’s willingness to locate the 2024 Expedition and F150 I wanted. Chuck helped arrange for my daughter in law to test drive the vehicles for us since we live a couple hours away. Chuck was easy to work with and I look forward to traveling to Sarat for service of these vehicles. I would like to mention I was not pleased with the local dealership sales manager in Kingston, NY when I started to look for an Expedition.

Had driven about 1,100 mile from Alabama to Boston. Truck started acting up about 1.5 miles from Sentry Ford. So, here we are Friday afternoon, thousands of miles from home, and truck is un-driveable. Dealership said they were unable to look at truck until Monday. Service Advisor Dianne, went out of her way to aid us in getting rental car, even having someone drive us to the rental car facility. She was diligent in keeping us updated on service of the truck, and really made a very very stressful situation much more tolerable. If I lived up here Sentry would be my dealership hands down.
