I recently lpurchaced a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X from Herb Chambers Jeep, and I have to say it was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. I had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager Corey Upton, General Manager Eduart Lela, and my salesman John Puleo, and every one of them was fantastic to work with. From the beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with the deal. There was no pressure, no games, they listened to what I was looking for, worked with me to put together a deal that made sense, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Corey, Eduart, and John were all great, and I really appreciate the way they handled everything from start to finish. It’s refreshing to have a dealership experience where you feel like the people you're dealing with actually value your business and your time. I’ve purchased and leased plenty of vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the better experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend Herb Chambers Jeep and, more importantly, Corey, Eduart, and John Puleo to anyone looking for a Jeep. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience.

Scheduled and appointment for service. I was told 2-3 days. It took 16. Not even a apology just attitude. Lied to through the entire process. I was told I should have had it serviced where I bought it if I didn't like it. Wow.

I have never been treated so rude or been so discussed with the service form a dealership or from any business actually as I was by the people at Fiat Norwood. From when I called for directions and they hung up on me to being asked after noticing my handicapped plates what was wrong with me and it gets worse that I can't even mention. I am not even going to get into how they deal with cars and trade ins. That was just down right insulting. Maybe it was because I was a woman coming in on my own and they thought they could walk all over me. I do not know but all I can say is STAY AWAY.
