Excellent buying experience: no hidden fees, haggling or any unfortunately typical behavior that makes buying a car such a hassle and waste of time. None of this with Bouchard, thanks to the very good Sales Manager, Alicia, who was both professional, friendly knowledgeable and direct. This made the buying experience a breeze, the way it should be! Both Alicia and the whole team at Ron Bouchard are an example that many dealers need to follow!

Good experience at Brown Motors. Ron Duda orchestrated the sale and preparation of the new truck amazingly quickly. I do wish they had performed the inspection ahead of my taking the truck off the lot, however. Ron spent a lot of time walking me through the computerized dashboard, new to me, and I have the feeling that he will answer questions and share his knowledge in the future with his usual good grace and humor.

I just purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 from Orange CDJR. The GSM greeted me on arrival, was very knowledgeable about the product. He gave me a great price on the new truck and was very fair on my trade allowance. The salesman promptly brought the truck around for me to see, even though it was -3 degrees. The xxI manager was extremely helpful and got me a better interest rate and lower payments than expected. This is my 4th new truck in 28 months (don’t ask), and by far the best dealer experience ever. I will definitely recommend the dealership to everyone I know.

Went to Brookfield motors with my Magnum RT for a simple oil chg and tire rotation. As I take extreme care in maintaining my RT's appearance, I was already leery of having someone put a socket, or worse an IMPACT TOOL, to my beloved car's lugs. Imagine my dismay when I was advised that the previous owner had rounded the corners of the lugs just enough to make it impossible to remove them with the proper tool. INSTANT ulcer, with visions of some "get it done, get it out of here" service tech going to town on my wheels with a hammer and socket set. Not to worry though. Troy, the service manager assured me that they would complete the job scratch free. And he did, even taking the time to mock up a piece of cardboard and place it over the alloy wheel to keep them clean and scratch free. 99.9% of dealerships will NOT take the time to do this. They will instead blast them off with an impact gun and send you out the door without saying the word. I was extremely happy with my first experience at Brookfield motors and will now go there for all of my service. Although this was probably no big deal to Troy and his staff, it is this type of attention to detail that will keep a customer coming back. Thanks again!

My husband a starter replaced there o a truck that was 2 years old, when he went to pick it up they told him he had a bad battery and needed to replace it, he declined, thought about it and decided to have the battery checked at another service station, well the battery test came back and the battery was like new! Don’t know what they are doing at this dealership but sounds a little shady to me. I would tell people to avoid this dealership!
