My 2023 EQE was hit by a deer. Autonation did not know what was wrong with it. What to do with it what part needs to be done it took them two months to assess and they kept my car for six months. There was a delay in doing everything. , I did not like the explanation. This is the first time this kind of car has come to us.

It's the first time we had our Kia Spotage serviced there and unlike other dealerships the employees could not have been nicer and more attentive! Immediately I was greeted and taken care of by reception and then Jacob of Kia came out to finish up paperwork and confirm how I wanted to be contacted and if I needed a ride. He texted when Kia was ready and again I didn't have to wait. Just paid and got the keys. They made it so easy and we'll definitely be using the service department at Kia if Bowie going forward! At the beginning of June 2023, my Kia Optima engine died and I had to get it towed to the dealership (DARCARS Kia of Frederick) and Jake in Service couldn't have been more helpful. I thought my engine was out of warranty, but Jake tracked down the issue and was able to get me a full engine replacement under warranty. Jake took the time, understood the issues and scheduled to have all parts replaced and serviced within a 2-week period. Jake continued to follow up during this time to assure me that all was on track. I had moved to a new state, so I wasn't coming back to get the car, so opted to sell the car from their location. They (Jake and Service Manager, Valerie) were able to find a buyer, which at that time I proceeded to work the deal with the potential new owner. Jake and Valerie were able to provide the new owner with additional information required for the car, and by doing so, the new owner proceeded with the sale and kept the car in service to have a few more repairs done before taking ownership. The sale went through without any issues, and I attribute that to Jake and Valerie who went above and beyond customer service. Thank you again, I really appreciate your dedication to the customer. Jones Kia in Belair assisted me with an Electrical issue. Everyone was great. The Service area assisted me with a very difficult situation. I had moved to a new county and had to have the car towed to them. I had gone to several garages in my new area; and did not fell confident they could locate my problem. Tyler in the Service Shop was extremely helpful and spoke to me for several days until, I had decided to have the car towed to them. I called several days in a row to coordinate and discuss my options. Tyler was always available, friendly and went out of his way to work with my situation. After the car was towed, Tyler stayed in touch and spent time going over what had been tested and what my options were. Tyler and the Service Shop staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident about what they were checking and the service they were going to provide. I had to leave the car there for a few days after the work was done. Tyler and the Kia staff made me feel assured this was not a problem and not to worry. They stayed in touch and worked around my schedule to pick up the car. Jones Kia staff did a wonderful job and made a very stressful situation I had regarding my car not stressful. Other garages I had gone to, did not work with me on a personal level. The service was outstanding and Tyler particularly was awesome. It was a great experience.

After receiving my car back from another local body shop I was totally devastated. It was horrible. My gray Cadillac CTS4 was 2-3 different colors/hues (GREEN). I was impressed with Criswell from the moment I drove onto the parking lot but the professionalism of Kevin Fleegle and Greg Harrell blew me away. The went over my car like a surgical team... every nook and cranny. They showed me all of the flaws and explainEd in layman's term how their resolve. The end product far exceeds my expectations. My car looked like it came straight off the showroom floor... SPECTACULAR

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible
