I’m glad to see that others have had good experiences and wish I could say the same. Long story short I was buying a car for my son away with the Military and was buying the car completely online. At first everyone was attentive and helpful but as soon as I committed to buying it I was constantly having to chance down people for answers and such. When I did get a hold of them about half the time I was told they were with a customer and they would get back to me, they did eventually but I was always asking myself when did I stop being a customer. Lastly since buying completely online I was dependent on pictures, videos and what my sales person told me. Though nothing major was wrong there were a few cosmetic issues that were never disclosed to me. Just unfortunately tainted what I wanted to be a great surprise and experience for my son.

Since I bought my last three cars factory-direct, I was hoping my experience venturing back into a dealership after 20 years wouldn't be too bad. Not only was it not bad, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience at Len Stoler Lexus. I give most of the credit to our sales associate, Darmon Smalls. I was in contact with 4 area dealers zeroing in on the car and price. Darmon was, by far, the most responsive and professional. The others went radio silent after just a week. Darmon and the Stoler team didn't pressure us and were courteous and respectful. The best part is that we got the car we wanted at an amazing price! Thank you Darmon, Dolair Alali, Jesse Cameron and Phyllis Roosevelt for an amazing experience.
