Outstanding service! All of the team members worked well together. My order for a new car was fulfilled in the time it was promised. I was kept up to date on the delivery. Once the vehicle arrived the level of service exceeded my expectations. Not only was the car prepped, but when there were challenges setting up the My Mercedes app, Tina was tenacious with solving the problems.
I felt valued and cared for. Truly exceptional customer service from all I worked with, Tom, Spencer, Tina, Julie and Richie. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I highly recommend.
