Just purchased my 2nd vehicle from this dealership and I must say I loved the experience . My salesman Colin Kimball made the process so easy and went out of his way to do everything I asked and his knowledge and effort was truly a difference maker. The staff was amazing and made this a truly exceptional experience. 1st class. .

The dealership and salesman Joe Day were excellent 5 star. Will Mann was a pain, to put it plainly. I paid for the car, no loan, and had to wait 3 hrs to sign papers and listen to him go on and on trying to sell me all these different options. I just kept saying no. He still went thru everything. I was recovering from Covid and it was just to much! I have gone back with a rust problem and Joe Day and Jon Newland are in the process of taking care of it. This is the second car I’ve bought from Lee and Joe Day and am very pleased with both purchases. I feel like I have bought 2 safe, affordable vehicles that will be great for this time in my life. A Camry. We just purchased our first new Toyota there. We did almost every detail of the sale online. We stopped in a few mornings later, test drove the car, reviewed the paperwork, signed and drove away. It was nice that they had a car on the lot to purchase. Another dealer chatted with us for an hour or two, before they told us they did not have anything available. Unfortunately, we were in that "We need it today", mood and We could have done it today, figuratively speaking, had we not been held up by the other dealer for several hours.

They did faulty repairs putting us at risk for bodily harm, stranding us, and costing me the money I needed to go visit my terminally ill father, and then refused to take any accountability, attempting to deflect blame and refused to refund me any money because of my negative reviews holding them accountable. They have no integrity and do not care about their customers. In my opinion, The quality of their service is highly suspect and I would not recommend this dealership.

Spectacular - New truck

Bill Carr Jr was our salesman he went above and beyond our expectations to help us purchase our new truck. He was patient with us answering all our questions and returning all our calls. The truck was for my husband, I own a Toyota Camry when I decide to get a new one I will definitely seek out Bill Carr Jr.
