Our Honda HRV was brought in on a tow truck to Berlin City Honda. The vehicle had just had recall work done at another dealership and was not running right ever since. Dillon, the service person we worked with, treated us so well you would have thought we bought the vehicle at Berlin City. He was always courteous and professional in all our communications and Berlin City corrected the issue with the recall and the car now runs fine. I’ve been going to Darling’s for service on my Volvos since 2012 and have never been disappointed. Tim, the Volvo service advisor, is both professional and personable. Forrest and Gary, the Volvo technicians, are equally adept at minor services and major overhauls, alike. appointments run on time and on estimate. My first S60 was running like a top with >280K miles when I sold it to get a new one. Can’t recommend this team enough.

Darlings Honda of Bangor ME will always match if not beat their pricing on vehicles. Service department that is not customer service oriented. Looking to get money from single woman who they think don't know any better. Are un-informative and refuse to ask or listen to ways to better their service or processes. General manager Todd Embelton in fact hung up on me after cutting me off in conversation and not even asking me my reason for speaking with him. He's lost a customer for good.
