Brought my truck in for diagnostics for a random misfire. The techs found a rich fuel mixture at idle. I was pleased they could figure it out, however after that instead of continuing to find out why that was happening they opted to fully replace the motor for 10,000 or more. Not with a brand new or remanned engine to justify the price but with and engine that had the same or more miles. I ended up picking up my truck to find out it was still in pieces and they had forgotten to even give me some parts of the engine too

Love my new 2021 Wrangler! I was driving by when I saw it but they were closed. I went back the next day and spoke with Tyler, he was awesome. He made the transaction so easy, I would highly recommend him. I am glad I drove by. I ordered a soft top from them and Hope in parts was fantastic as well. I would definitely go back.

I bought a 2016 Charger there in 2017. It's a great car. This time at the service department they were super friendly and communicative. They have never been able to find out why my engine light likes to stay on. It's been an evap code since the first time it started to shine it's little glow. At this point, it's not worth the time. I brought it in the end of last year and while in there I had them check for a noise, which I described as a scraping. I thought it was the spoiler underneath, nope. Fast forward to 1000 miles over warranty and I had to have both drive shafts replaced. So with the parts not being available, I ordered one of them because I was told it was on backorder and no word on timeframe of availability. Literally the day before I get the one I ordered the Mopar comes in. The thing that bothers me is the $121 restocking fee which they did not mention. Other then that this was an okay visit, I believe they resolved my issue.

Will buy there again, and again. I bought a '15 Grand Cherokee. The staff was very low pressure, completely unlike other dealers. The car was delivered in immaculate condition, excellent value compared to the book value on kbb, they even topped up the tank! Overall very accommodating, professional, helpful, the way car buying should be.

I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and I'm about to purchase another, the people are great, they thrive on customer service unlike other dealerships (Darlings). Mr. Lovejoy has been nothing less then great on finding and getting what I wanted in a truck. Their service department is wonderful to deal with and again unlike (Darlings in Augusta). If you have to travel to Farmington from Augusta it's worth the drive to this dealership and what they don't have they can sure try and find it for you.
