Positive experience in all respects buying my new Tucson Hybrid. In particular, salesperson Cooper Scott's thorough knowledge of the Tucson and of comparative/competitive models (which I had researched myself) was impressive, especially considering his relative newness to the profession. I appreciated his friendly & informative, no-pressure approach. I received a fair (dealer) trade-in value, and the transaction processed smoothly.
