Sadly, Bryan Subaru, which used to be a trustworthy - BuddhaCat

Sadly, Bryan Subaru, which used to be a trustworthy source for maintaining & repairing my Crosstrek, is now a place I’d rather avoid. Yes, their waiting room has more amenities than it used to have, like a children’s playroom & better Wi-Fi, but they no longer offer transportation to & from the inner city, which is a big drawback if you need a time-eating repair. You might get lucky & get a friendly service agent. I was there a long time—they seem to have some. Unfortunately, Fate threw me to Richard, who was surly, uncommunicative, & shady. After their $10k+ “diagnosis”—be wary & ask questions at this point—I got no updates from him on my vehicle in the 6 hrs I sat there, & he disappeared until my car was ready. I was having some tire bolts replaced & installing 4 new tires. Their price on the bolts was fair; their price on the tires & installation was $200-300 more than the 2 other places I checked with who couldn’t replace the bolts, so I coughed it up to do it all at once. They’re under new management, & the atmosphere was strange—secretive & shady—when I wanted to lodge a complaint. My experience there was so unsettling, I will never buy another Subaru just so I don’t have to deal with them again.

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased with Paretti. - jenniferleblanc55

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased with Paretti. Jessica was excellent! She was very informative without being pushy. Ask for her, you won't be disappointed. I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours.

The entire Carmax experience was not good for me. - JRB

The entire Carmax experience was not good for me. I was extremely frustrated by the national people I spoke with during my process. Once I arrived at the Lafayette store, the experience changed completely. The associate I dealt with, Cassaundra Noland, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful finishing the purchase of my truck. As was the manager on duty that day. And I can’t remember his name, but it is obvious everyone in the Lafayette store works as a team to make the customer’s experience as positive as can possibly be. I’m not sure if Cassaundra will still be working there when I decide to purchase another vehicle, but I will definitely look to the Lafayette store for my next purchase.

This dealer's online ad for a new car I was looking for - Treated Poorly by Dealer

This dealer's online ad for a new car I was looking for stated "Final Price" but they added $3,999 "environmental package" from the dealer when they wrote up the sales offer a day later. Their advertised "Final Price" was false advertising. The sales manager said it was their way to compete with the local competition by falsely advertising at a low price then adding some ridiculus add on to make up the difference once they have your attention and want their vehicle. To make it even more insulting, I've never seen paint sealer and seat protectant (environmental package) be anywhere close to that price ($3,999). I would never consider this dealer again for these reasons.

After sale garbage dealer. - John D

After sale garbage dealer. Don’t buy there if at all possible. Service after sale is just excuses and poor management. They deny problems exist prior to sale, even on new cars.

If I could do zero stars, I would! - jharyel20

If I could do zero stars, I would! The service department is HORRIBLE!! Advisors are great but can give little to no information regarding repairs! They no longer provide loner cars, all they have are rentals, which are hardly ever available! Will hold your car for weeks at a time with no time frame as to when the repairs should be completed or expected to be completed! Can’t ever speak to service management to try and get answers on repairs! Expect you to be able to pay thousands of dollars for the repairs while you have to pay uber and lyft to get around and they can’t/ won’t help provide any other means of transportation for you if the repairs will take a long time! Them doing away with loner cars is the worst thing I’ve ever heard of!! Especially for paying customers! This will be the last time that I EVER bring my car to this location for service! Ridiculous all around the board! Will never recommend to anyone! Unhappy and unsatisfied is an understatement! TERRIBLE service!

Service department is awesome. - tony

Service department is awesome. They took care of my daughter with care and compassion when her car needed repair. That is not common in today’s business world. Highly recommend for service of your Chevrolet.

Our sales person at Hyundai of Metairie was Cynthia Rico. - Smudginola

Our sales person at Hyundai of Metairie was Cynthia Rico. My wife was in an accident & her car was totaled so we needed a vehicle quickly, but we didn't want to "settle" for what was sitting on the dealers' lots. We test drove a Hyundai Palisade & Nissan Pathfinder. The Palisade rode smoother, offered a higher trim package for the same cost and offered a longer warranty than the Nissan. My wife has owned nothing but Nissans her entire life, still she couldn't get the Palisade off her mind so we decided to go with the Palisade. She decided she wanted the Hyundai Palisades XRT trim package and that turns out to be like searching for a unicorn! There are none to test drive and there are deposits on cars sight unsceen before they arrive at the dealerships. Cynthia & the team at Hyundai of Metarie really went the extra mile to get this car for us, honestly the went the extra 700+ miles finding this car in the Tampa area and making a trade with a dealer down there to get my wife the exact trim package she wanted. This process was about making us happy customers from start to finish and they succeeded! Cynthia really wanted to surprise my wife when the car arrived back in Metairie, my wife thought we were going to pick it up that night after work. Cynthia had the car detailed, got the big bow and brought it to my wife's office and parking it outside so when she walked out there it would be. It was a great surprise & again, Cynthia was going the extra mile! If you're in the market for a Hyundai go see Cynthia Rico at Hyundai of Metairie and she what she can do for you!
