First, I would like to mention that the Honda Civic I purchased here has held up very well with few issues for 12 years now. They were professional and kept me up to speed with the work needed to be done with a repair on today's visit. The one thing I would advise people about when proceeding with a repair here is the cost. I considered dropping my car off here because of an offer for free diagnostic that cut $130 off the final bill. While I don't necessarily visit here for quick jobs like oil changes and rotations, they do offer mailed in coupons that are honored even after they expire. Keep up the good work!

She explained the recall and asked when would it be convenient for me to drop it off. We set up an appointment. The job was done in the time stated. I was notified and proceeded to pick my van up. Effortless, seamless- completely satisfied from start to finish. Thanks
