HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I will never purchase anything else from them again. I purchased a Big Horn from them 5/31/22 and when I got it home the door would not close when Rv was leveled and the floor had a hump in it. I called them they told me to bring it in the next week so I did. A week later went to pick it up and the jacks was leaking and floor was still buckled so I left it there for them to fix.They called me the following week to go pick up again I went the floor was still buckled then I noticed the back outside wall was delaminating so I had to leave it there again. They would call and say my Rv is fixed and I would go and it wasn’t fix or something else was wrong with it. Finally pick up the Rv 12/15/22 and brought it home then had bring it back 2/6/23 because a black spot on a Ceiling and bedroom door frame fall off and outside door frame is coming off and multiple other things.
