It was her laid back manner that was so reassuring for us; especially my partner, Christina. Honestly this wasn’t our first place we looked for a car for my 16 year daughter and it should have been, but we like options. From the moment we walked in the door it felt like home Justin, missy and ron welcomed us and made it personal. They broke everything down for us and found the perfect car. It was a surprise for my daughter and when we went back to pick it up with her the whole dealership was in on it and made this surprise one of a kind and special from the bow to videos recorded! Parker was low pressure and helped us find the perfect low mileage used vehicle at a decent price. The price was not astonishing, but it was fair according to the market. She also helped make sure the detailing and minor aesthetic repairs got taken care of afterwards. Finally, she was great at connecting with my kids. Jacob in finance was also a pleasure to work with. He was funny and we did not feel pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Great job, Parker and Jacob. And thanks for working late into the night.

My wife struck something on the interstate destroying the exhaust system on her Murano. I called the dealership spoke to Mary and had the car towed in. In our first conversation Mary explained the process for the estimate and possible timeline for having the car repaired. Mary was so pleasant and forthcoming with her explanation including possible delays in the repair process ie, a holiday and availability of parts. Mary's ability to answer all questions my questions and her confidence and positive attitude were so refreshing, I never even asked for a completion date. My wife's car was completed quickly and with absolutely no issue. MY wife is a Hospice Nurse and her car is her office. Having it repaired and back in service quickly was a must. I would recommend All Star Nissan for anyone needing Nissan service/repairs and tell them to ask for Mary.

Simply fantastic! Got a beautiful new Pathfinder, for a great price! Exactly the package I wanted. Paul Bonnette is a pro salesman. Explained all the tech stuff and got me on my way and record time! Highly recommend! I drove two hours to see him. Definitely worth the trip.
