Excellent buying experience. We were shopping for a used vehicle for our kid that we didn’t feel like we would have to worry about leaving him stranded on the side of the road, but also wasn’t overpriced. We found both at Mike Willis Ford. The salesman listened to what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time showing us vehicles outside of our price range. We settled on a vehicle and they even worked with us on the pricing to ensure we stayed within our budget. Couldn’t be happier with this experience. After having visited other dealers in the area, I have to say the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I do not plan on wasting my time looking at other dealerships and I will go straight to Mike Willis Ford.

The Service Team at Marler Ford has been exceptionally great to work with - Both Josh and Clay are very adept at handling any issues that arise. They think outside of the box and find ways to bring a resolution to whatever problems come up which has been really helpful due to the lack of quality parts in the industry as a whole- I trust both of them with all of our personal vehicles ( We have 5 that they service and repair when I don't have time to undertake the repair). As we live out of state, I have had to utilize other dealerships and I have found that it is worth both my time and effort to go back to the Marler Service Department for any repairs on our vehicles ( I normally undertake the repairs myself)

Quin did a super job in assistingus in what we wanted not what he wanted to sell us like the other dealers. very little haggling, no pressure relax setting, all in all awesome experience. financial department was also great. my first time buying or even visiting Sterlings and had a good experience. will totally recommend to familyand friends, thanks.

I came in to the dealership to buy a battery for the key fob for my Lincoln, and because everyone was so polite and professional I asked about the new Lincoln Nautilus. I got Darren Collie as a salesman and he was extremely polite. He took me on a test drive and I fell in love with it! He helped make the buying process so easy! A brand new 2023 Lincoln Nautilus! He was so helpful helping me connect my phone and set everything up for me! The next morning we discovered a clip was broken. The next day Danny and the service department did such a good job getting me fixed up! I came in for a key fob battery and because this dealership is amazing and cares for their customers I gave them my business!

Hixson at Monroe is a JOKE! - MichaelG

I have a 2015 F-150. The truck on a cold start would rattle and tick around the front driver side tire. I knew this wasn't a normal sound because my last truck did it and I was told "that's what a Ford sounds like" .. the main barring went out shortly after. So I took it to a Ford dealer in Minnesota while I was on vacation and was told it was normal. Returned to Louisiana and took it to Hixson told them what was going on with it, showed them videos I had of the noise. They kept it for 2 weeks!! During this time I did NOT receive one single phone call from them about anything I always to call and check on it. (This whole time I'm dealing with the "service manager") aka Sam! I finally demand a response on what's wrong he tells me the cam phaser and solenoid were out and the part would be in the following Monday.. Tuesday came around and he called and said it was ready, I went to the dealer at 530 and he wasn't there.. I had to wait 30 mins for them to find my keys, I paid for my oil change and asked for my warranty paperwork, the woman looked at me and said there is no paperwork to go talk to a woman in service so I did so. I talked to a woman named Terra, she looks at the computer and tells me "sir I'll take the rap and ratting them out but nothing was ordered or fixed on your truck" I said I'll be in contact the next day, I walked out and started my truck and heard the noise so I shut it down and went and got her so she could hear. She told me that it definitely wasn't normal and to bring it the next day she would have me a loaner and she would call at 9 am. Next day came 945 am came around and nothing, I called her cell phone and no answer, I called service was put on hold for 20 mins, finally Sam (the service manager that has been pulling my leg) answered and said he was the one I needed to talk too. So Terra lied and wouldn't even talk to me. I finally told Sam I'd like to talk to manager above him and he had one call me. I told this manager what was going on and he says " sir I looked and listened to your truck with the shop foreman, those Ecoboost just rattle sometimes" I said... I don't have a Ecoboost, I have the V-8!!! SO there was yet ANOTHER LIE!! He could not answer me on why the service manager told me parts were ordered and could not answer me about Terra lying to me. So all in all they kept my truck 2 weeks for a oil change and now it's at another dealership getting looked at! I deal alot with the public and will be sure to tell everyone not to go to HIXSON IN MONROE Louisiana!!
