I am satisfied with the '23 Colorado. However, there was no owners manual with the truck. I ordered one from Helminc for $87.69. I received an abbreviated manual and returned the it to the dealership with the cost statement and was told I would receive reimbursement. I purchased the truck 9/30/23. I still have no owners manual or reimbursement for same. My recommendation when purchasing from this dealer is to confirm you have everything in your possession before you write your check. I'm twisting in the wind. My sales contact has done everything in his power to resolve this issue. For that I'm thankful.

Fantastic dealership! I have purchased 4 new vehicles and one used vehicle from Courtsey in the past 10 years. Salesman Angelo Frazier is top notch! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to contact Angelo. He is honest, professional and informed and he does not employ the high pressure sales tactic. The service department is fantastic as well. I've never had an issue with any kind of service or repair work not done correctly or on time! Darryl Williams makes sure that all the details are taken care of so I don't have to give it a second thought. The dealership physical plant is new, clean and the people are very friendly. They tend to have a large inventory and if they do not have exactly what you are looking for, they are willing to find it for you.

They add a $495 “dealer prep” to every vehicle which I believe is for a car wash, and they increased the price of the truck $1000 over the advertised price after we had already agreed on a price because I wouldn’t finance through them. Save your time and money and do not use this dealership!!!

Overall great Service by the Ray Chevrolet Team. I got the car home and realized there was a major issue with the car. I called their Customer support, and explained the issue with the car. Within 3 hours, their manager of customer support called me and ensured me not to worry about a thing. He followed up the next day, after reviewing the issue with the owner of the dealership. They resolved this matter in a very professional way, and explained how this was overlooked in the sale. I never thought a dealership would take care of a customer to this length. thanks! Purchased new 22 camaro ss from out of state. People I dealt with were friendly during the deal. Met halfway to get car and it was filthy, no paper in the floor even. After driving hundreds of miles back home noticed the mileage didn't seem right for the trip. The car had 162 miles on it before it left the lot! In my haste to sign papers in a parking lot in MS at the halfway point, I failed to see this. No one informed me of the mileage dyring the deal or that the leather driver seat was damaged during, which we discovered after 6 hours of detailing. Vaughn manager was rude and uncaring "what do you expect me to do about it?" Also discovered the extended warranty I purchased is NOT gm but a third party instead. Waited a month to leave review to give dealer and gm customer service the chance to make it right. Hasn't happened. Beware buying from here out of state or sight unseen. The market is tricky and more sight unseen purchases are happening, giving dealers opportunity to hide information. Don't think for a minute customer service will make it right.

We drove 130 miles from Hammond to purchase a car from Lapeyrouse. I worked with Mike Lapeyrouse over the internet and was very happy with the results. There was no pressure from Mike online, unlike some other dealers that I would get emails from every day sometimes twice a day. Mike worked with us giving us multiple options for extended warranties but never pressured us. Oh!! Mike also got us an APR that was lower than our preapproved bank rate. The car was great. Nice and clean, looked better than the pictures online. I had one question about the car; Mike had the mechanics check it out and even threw in an extra key for us. I would definitely recommend buying from Lapeyrouse. -Aaron

Broke Down just outside of Franklin, LA - I live in New Orleans 100 or so miles away. After a comedy of errors I finally find out that Ray Gross is supposed to have a service dept. open till 3pm. on a Saturday. At 1pm I am on the phone with their service manager pleading. I am stuck, my girlfriend in tow 100 miles from home on a Saturday with a 'warranty job'. The truck could have been driven there, I had a tow truck coming for me that could have gotten the vehicle in for 1:30 had they agreed to do the work. Instead they refused me, Caused me a day of lost wages, 150 or so in a rental car, Gas 3 ways from Franklin to N.O. a favor to a friend to bring me there to get my vehicle. and most importantly, a missed opportunity to spend quality time with my 93 year old grand father. All because they wouldn't fit me in & maybe work 1/2 an hour late that day. Thanks Guys, Merry Christmas.
