Once again, a great service trip to Courtesy. The Service staff is very knowledgeable and always very helpful. They explain everything that needs to be done and never try to over sell you!! The management team always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! The detail department does an excellent job as well! All around great service! Highly recommend!

On Vacation with my family, my 2014 GMA diesel truck had a problem with the DEF system. They got me in the next day. Found the problem fixed it , and had me back on the road. Was very happy. Nothing like the feeling being 550 miles from home and your truck will not get you home.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.
