This was my third purchase from them in two years, and they continue to exceed expectations. When I needed to find my 17-year-old daughter her first car, Dakarai recommended I work with Alecxandra Hernandez – what an excellent suggestion! From start to finish, Alecxandra treated me like I was her only customer. With my limited availability due to work, I was worried about finding time to car shop. Alecxandra made it effortless by emailing me multiple options, accommodating test drives around my schedule, and even sending me a video of a potential vehicle. I never felt rushed and always had plenty of options to consider. What really impressed me was how she handled my nervous teenager. My daughter was hesitant about test driving with a stranger, but Alecxandra immediately put her at ease. She patiently answered all of my daughter's questions, demonstrated her extensive knowledge of the vehicle, and helped my daughter feel confident in her final choice. The paperwork process was equally smooth – Alecxandra had everything prepared and completed the purchase quickly and efficiently. I'm not in a hurry to buy another car, but when I do, Alecxandra and Dakarai will be my first stop. They're true assets to Neil Huffman Mazda. We gave a 2025 bronco, we brought it in a month ago for a roaring noise but of course they found nothing, that seems to be the normal, but they did say I have a recall, supposedly ordered the part .....fast forward to yesterday Aug 15, we are driving out of town and the car lite up light a Christmas tree and said service now, so we dont get to go out of town and we head straight champion, and of course to be told can't see us til weds, which I figured that, the guy said it had been throwing a code since July 20th, but Saturday it threw a warning code, and said service now, so we ask for a loner car because I have to work and was told no til the diagnostic, he said drive it unless it dies, this is so reassuring, and also no one had ordered the recall piece, my husband really like this place, me not so much, 3 from you all recently and all lemons, mind you this car only had 11,000 miles, i should have been given a car or at least you all pay for rental til we see whats wrong. I have to take kids to and from school, pn 54 with a car that is more than likely gonna die,

Excellent buying experience. Bill is very knowledgeable and helpful and will get you exactly what you need. Jesse was also very helpful during the finance part of the buying process. All of the staff were very welcoming and professional. They explain their products extremely well and let the customer make an informed decision on what they want without being pushy. This was the least stressful car buying experience we've ever had. We will definitely be referring friends to this dealership for future purchases.

Bought the second CX-9 from Alton Blakley - CX-9

We purchased a CX-9 from them in 2010. We had 190000 miles on it and have spent almost nothing in repairs. Most of that credit goes to Danis Combs and his service team. We passed this car along to our son and was in the market for a new car. We shopped many dealers and brands. Adam Roark and Chris Todd worked very hard to make sure we drove the vehicles we were interested in and that we got a good deal. We ended up buying another CX-9 GT 2019 from them. Due to Danis Combs excellent service department and the hard work done by Adam Roark and Chris Todd on the sales end, we had to chose Alton Blakley again.

We took our 2005 RX-8 daily driver - in perfect shape - to Paducah Mazda for a factory recall, they kept it for months and didn't start it - lost compression, and now it won't start. And they won't do anything about it. And we bought a vehicle from them! Will never do business there again.

This is my 2nd car I have bought from walters. The first one was an 08 mazda 3, that I have owned and driven for the past 14 years. I bought it used, it had over 100,000 miles when I purchased it, but let me tell you it never once failed to start. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase, new or used.
