We gave a 2025 bronco, we brought it in a month ago for a roaring noise but of course they found nothing, that seems to be the normal, but they did say I have a recall, supposedly ordered the part .....fast roaring noise but of course they found nothing, that seems to be the normal, but they did say I have a recall, supposedly ordered the part .....fast forward to yesterday Aug 15, we are driving out of town and the car lite up light a Christmas tree and said service now, so we dont get to go out of town and we head straight champion, and of course to be told can't see us til weds, which I figured that, the guy said it had been throwing a code since July 20th, but Saturday it threw a warning code, and said service now, so we ask for a loner car because I have to work and was told no til the diagnostic, he said drive it unless it dies, this is so reassuring, and also no one had ordered the recall piece, my husband really like this place, me not so much, 3 from you all recently and all lemons, mind you this car only had 11,000 miles, i should have been given a car or at least you all pay for rental til we see whats wrong. I have to take kids to and from school, pn 54 with a car that is more than likely gonna die, More

Anyone know a good attorney that will be good in a case against Champion Ford Service Center? They have had my car since October 1st of last year over a recall, an electrical issue with the radio and trun against Champion Ford Service Center? I have called FORD Motor Company Complaints and they keep telling me that the Service Center says it will be ready at the start of the week, that's been twice now and 3 more months and my car still is not ready!! This is some of the worst service I have ever dealt with!!! I need someone to help me and tell me what my next steps should be now because they are also telling me that the issue with the transmission(TCM) has caused damage to the bands and it will be $3000 to fix it! More
