My wife purchased a New 2022 Hyundai Sonata from these - bedheadisme

My wife purchased a New 2022 Hyundai Sonata from these guys. It had 4k miles on it. Now - 4 years later the wiring harness has melted and because even though when I bought it - it was sold new - they won't honor their new warranty. This vehicle is the worst purchase of our lives. She still owes around 17k for it. Repairs are upwards of 6k. I've already had 4k worth of repairs done. When she sold her old vehicle to them they promised her a payment for her insurance as an incentive for buying from them - but they never sent it until 2 months later. Then they didn't even pay off the car I sold them and it hit my credit. Which they refused to fix.

We had a great experience at Don Franklin Hyundai in - BillJones270

We had a great experience at Don Franklin Hyundai in Lexington. The showroom is beautiful and they had several options of the specific vehicle we were interested in. In fact, I'd say that this dealership has one of the best selections in the state. We passed at least 2 dealers to get to this one. Our sales person, Chad, was patient and great to deal with. This is our second Hyundai but our first from Don Franklin in Lexington and we are very pleased with both the car and the dealership. I highly recommend the dealership and especially Chad who, I feel went out of his way to ensure our happiness. Thank you Chad and Don Franklin Lexington Hyundai!

I recently bought two new cars at this dealership. The salesmen just answered my questions without any pressure sales pitches. The finance manager which I call "The finance wizard" was amazing! He was truly honest about everything from the beginning. No three hour false back and forth like the other dealerships that wear you out until you agree to a payment that you cant afford. If you have to worry about making a payment every month that you are struggling to afford, it makes it impossible to enjoy your new car. Will went to bat for us with everything he had and got us a payment that we could afford ! For anyone who is thinking about buying a new vehicle but think they cant afford a big payment or dont have perfect credit like us..., you owe it to yourself to give Will a chance to help you. We got a payment that we could afford with zero percent financing! Hyundai is one of the most reliable cars on the market with the best warranty on the market. Oh yeah, and their cars have tons of extra features including incredible safety features that are standard which dont cost extra like the competition charges for.

Jennifer and Hunter took incredible care of me. - Samantha.young25

Jennifer and Hunter took incredible care of me. I had a complicated service campaign situation, and they went above and beyond to get it approved. They were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. They did extra research, explained every detail, and made sure I wasn’t left without a vehicle. Service like this is rare. I’m so grateful for them.

Pricing that beat my local dealer by $2000 - KCfromNC

I had a great experience with Don Franklin Hyundai. I was looking for a new 2020 Elantra and considered several dealers across the Southeast. The price they advertised online was legitimate (not always the case with other dealers), and it beat my local dealer in NC by $2000. They were very transparent with pricing, and gave prompt service as well!

Our second new vehicle from Linwood, and highly recommend - zellafurlong

Our second new vehicle from Linwood, and highly recommend their “Salesman Luis!” He was outstanding to work with and so helpful with every aspect of what we wanted and needed. Can’t say enough about this gentleman and how accommodating he was. Definitely, ask for him when you shop for your new vehicle. You won’t be sorry!
