My wife purchased a New 2022 Hyundai Sonata from these guys. It had 4k miles on it. Now - 4 years later the wiring harness has melted and because even though when I bought it - it was sold new - they won' guys. It had 4k miles on it. Now - 4 years later the wiring harness has melted and because even though when I bought it - it was sold new - they won't honor their new warranty. This vehicle is the worst purchase of our lives. She still owes around 17k for it. Repairs are upwards of 6k. I've already had 4k worth of repairs done. When she sold her old vehicle to them they promised her a payment for her insurance as an incentive for buying from them - but they never sent it until 2 months later. Then they didn't even pay off the car I sold them and it hit my credit. Which they refused to fix. More

I am very upset bc I sent a message to this dealership and I have still not received a response. I complained about the fact that simple things like resetting my oil change maintenance menu doesn't get r and I have still not received a response. I complained about the fact that simple things like resetting my oil change maintenance menu doesn't get reset, my fluids are not being checked or if they are they are not being topped off, windshield washerfluid. And this last time my tire pressure was not checked as all four tires had different air pressure, 2 had too much, one was low, one was extremely low!!! Then I took the technician out to show her a rust spot on my car by the door handle when had occurred from falling snow/ice off of the roof. I have an extended warranty in addition to the bumper to bumper warranty. I don't understand how something that simple can take a brand new cars paint all the way down to the metal causing rust and I was asking for answers, which I didn't get and still have not gotten, nor have I gotten as much as any kind of a response of any kind!!! More

Went in for scheduled oil change. After 1.5 hours I had to ask about my car. It was blocked in by another car no one seemed to have the keys too and had been done for an extended time After 1.5 hours I had to ask about my car.
