I went to the Kerry Hyundai dealership and I had an exceptional experience. My sales representative Robin was excellent. Everything from the moment I contacted the dealership was great. They worked hard and told me exactly what I was going to need to do to get into a new vehicle. They were very transparent and helped me with everything right down to explaining and showing me the different features that my new vehicle had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. They also have a very good selectin of vehicles.

I am very upset bc I sent a message to this dealership and I have still not received a response. I complained about the fact that simple things like resetting my oil change maintenance menu doesn't get reset, my fluids are not being checked or if they are they are not being topped off, windshield washerfluid. And this last time my tire pressure was not checked as all four tires had different air pressure, 2 had too much, one was low, one was extremely low!!! Then I took the technician out to show her a rust spot on my car by the door handle when had occurred from falling snow/ice off of the roof. I have an extended warranty in addition to the bumper to bumper warranty. I don't understand how something that simple can take a brand new cars paint all the way down to the metal causing rust and I was asking for answers, which I didn't get and still have not gotten, nor have I gotten as much as any kind of a response of any kind!!!

We had a great experience at Don Franklin Hyundai in Lexington. The showroom is beautiful and they had several options of the specific vehicle we were interested in. In fact, I'd say that this dealership has one of the best selections in the state. We passed at least 2 dealers to get to this one. Our sales person, Chad, was patient and great to deal with. This is our second Hyundai but our first from Don Franklin in Lexington and we are very pleased with both the car and the dealership. I highly recommend the dealership and especially Chad who, I feel went out of his way to ensure our happiness. Thank you Chad and Don Franklin Lexington Hyundai!

I recently bought two new cars at this dealership. The salesmen just answered my questions without any pressure sales pitches. The finance manager which I call "The finance wizard" was amazing! He was truly honest about everything from the beginning. No three hour false back and forth like the other dealerships that wear you out until you agree to a payment that you cant afford. If you have to worry about making a payment every month that you are struggling to afford, it makes it impossible to enjoy your new car. Will went to bat for us with everything he had and got us a payment that we could afford ! For anyone who is thinking about buying a new vehicle but think they cant afford a big payment or dont have perfect credit like us..., you owe it to yourself to give Will a chance to help you. We got a payment that we could afford with zero percent financing! Hyundai is one of the most reliable cars on the market with the best warranty on the market. Oh yeah, and their cars have tons of extra features including incredible safety features that are standard which dont cost extra like the competition charges for.

The price they advertised online was legitimate (not always the case with other dealers), and it beat my local dealer in NC by $2000. Hi everyone I came in with a friend so she could buy a car we talked with Bob walker and he got her approval she had a 40 % down payment and all was good . He came back and bragged about how good he was at getting her approved then next day told her she wouldn't be able to get the car ...with as much as she was putting for down payment anyone would have financed her..for some reason he wouldn't even make eye contact with me he would only talk with her like I wasn't there ....I do not recommend this dealership to anyone They think they are so good but how is that when someone doesn't even get a car Stay away from this place they are shaddy
