Contacted this dealership about a uses Chevy traverse and made arrangements with Wes Adwell to meet on a Thursday during Christmas week to hopefully buy this car. I had to hire a ride to get there because my vehicle had been in a wreck and was a total loss. When I arrived at the agreed time it took about 15 minutes to find Wes and when he finally arrived he told me the Traverse was in the shop & then it was being driven and not on the lot!! He then tells me I should have called and made an appointment?! HUH???? When I told him that I DID call ( I have the texts to prove it) he lied right to my face and said he didn’t remember any such call. I guess he has an evil twin!!! I just couldn’t believe what just happened so I quickly left. This all happened from late November through December so…just out of curiosity I called the dealership in mid January and guess who answered the phone??? Yep Wes Adwell himself and when I identified myself he went on full defensive mode He denied everything he originally told me ( it would take forever to list all of them) I might have purchased that vehicle and was prepared to negotiate but for the fact that this salesperson is a menace to the dealership he works for

Yes, I am very dissatisfied With Big M, Radcliff, KY. I have had more issues dealing with these people from getting financed to having to pay hidden fees before I could drive the car off the lot. Additionally, I was told we would keep our old plates, "we will take the tags off the trade in and send them to the clerk and they will be reassigned them to the new vehicle," so they said. That was a lie. Also, we have had the lender reach out to us concerning things that should have been taken care of at the dealership. The lender was close to reversing its decision on the loan. One would think that someone who has bought 2 cars from these people would get a bit more respect. I made the mistake of dealing with them twice, but never again!

Herb Kinman is responsible for the worse car buying and owning experience I have ever had...period. Avoid this place at all costs! Drive a little further and buy from a dealership that doesn't have a "C" rating from the BBB. I've had 10 lifters replaced in my truck in 4 years. In 2015 I had 2 replaced and was assured by HKC that it wouldn't happen again, that this was a fluke. A few weeks ago another lifter went out. I called HKC and the general managers solution was to sell me a new car.

There service department has had me on a wait list for 18 months to get 4 recalls fixed and the sales department quoted me price for new vehicle then 3 days later changed price by $2000 plus. I will never do business with them in the future.

I bought a used gmc from out of state from CCG. Jeff was my salesperson. He was quick to respond to questions and requests. The only day I could pick up the truck was his day off which he showed up to make sure I was taken care of. That would include all the staff that I had contact with. Easy in and out! Highly recommend.

The only reason this review is 4 stars out of 5 is because I'm actually still in the midst of the buying process. THREE TIMES now, I've found a car I've really wanted to explore purchasing further, only to hear it was sold at another dealership before I could get to the lot - in one case I found this out AFTER getting there.

When I first headed for the front door, there was Lolo with a broad smile opening the door for me. I told him that I had been to Ford and Dodge and other Chevy dealerships but wanted to see what Thorobred Chevrolet could do for me. I gave him my specs and within a very short time, he had what I was looking for parked in front of the showroom. Since my time was short and I had told him that my wife had rejected several of the vehicles I really liked, He and John, his sales manager, insisted that I take the truck home to show my wife and see what she thought of it. I was reluctant but they insisted that they didn't want me to waste more time if she did not like it. I took it, she loved it. I told them what my budget was so they sharpened their pencils. I had to move down to a less appointed model to be within my range. It still did not work. I left. A little later, John called me at home with a better deal, but it still did not fit. To get what I wanted I would have to trade in my old vehicle. I was almost embarrassed at what they wanted to offer me so I left again. I told them what my bottom line, out the door was. Late that evening, John called me again at home and said he had been working on his boss, and he had done it, He had the price for me if I would come right in and sign up. I did. I still could not have the vehicle since banks were now closed for the holiday and my check could not be cleared. The day after Christmas he called again to see if I could get a cashiers check, the bank wanted to put a 5 day hold on the check. I could, I did, I got the truck and I am waiting excitedly for the additional equipment to come in and be installed. Lolo and John did not give up on serving me. I developed a very warm and trusting relationship with them. It was a wonderful experience. I did not feel pressured, I felt served. They were out to get me the car I wanted, not try to force a car down my throat. I am extremely pleased and will certainly recommend Thorobred Chevrolet to my friends. I would make sure that they did not walk away until they had talked to John.

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!

Creech Chevrolet service department is the absolute best. We are from Indiana and was going to what we thought was a fun weekend at Black Mountain Off road park when our brakes went out on our truck (Not fun coming down those big mountain hills towing a side by side) We had it towed to Creech and they got it right in and fixed the brake line within a few hours and we had the truck back!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!! I would recommend your service department for sure. The invoice says Technician 310 Great Job!

I recently 3/19/2021 1pm had an alignment on my 2015 Malibu at Dutch’s. I had an appointment at 1pm . Shortly after dropping the car off I was notified it needed a 4 wheel alignment instead of 2. Which costs more. I picked it up and it still pulls to the right awful. I called back and was told I had a strut that had to be ground on. Then they asked if I had only changed one tire? How can a four wheel alignment be done without noticing all four tires were new and the strut was new? I was then asked if I could bring it back in at a later time and drop it off so they could work me in . A major inconvenience for me . I expect better from a dealership. Note : all persons I spoke with were polite and nice .At the end of the day I am out 90$ and my car still out of alignment.

I would like to give a Special Thank You to Gambrel Chevrolet Service Department. On my way from Cape Coral, Fl to Cincinnati, Ohio my car was having problems. I was able to get off I-75 and find Gambrel Chevrolet, they tried to find the problem. As it was late in the day they asked if I could leave the car or bring it back the next morining. I chose to stay the night and bring the car back the next day. They took it right away, and really put forth the effort to find the problem. A fault fuel pump was the culprit, two more hours of work and a new fuel pump I was headed North again. During the time they were working on my car they made sure I had lunch and really extended the Corbin, Kentucky hospitality.<br> Since I was a woman traveling by myself, I was worried about the car and my safety, I was reassured by how respectfully I was treated while at the dealership. Salesman hung up on me when I asked for a CARFAX - GMFan12

I was looking for more information on a Ford Ranger with a rebuilt title. I was told that it was never wrecked or put through an auction. After doing some simple Google searches I found that it was deemed a total loss and went through an AII auction house. When I called the dealership and pressed them for a CARFAX the salesman seemed to get upset and hung up on me. I would not recommend this dealership as it seems to be a little bit shady in how they conduct used sales.
