I brought my Jeep in for some warranty work and a couple additional concerns. It did take a little longer than planned, through no fault of the dealership, but Bill bent over backward to make sure all the repairs were taken care of and that we walked away having had a good experience. I sincerely appreciated the time he took to listen to my concerns as well as Bill’s integrity and at the end of the day I that’s what makes the biggest difference. I can say that I would recommend the service department here for your Jeep repairs.

on April 19, 2024, I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubi to solve a front brake sticking problem. Frank, the service representative worked with me prior to this appt to determine the problem and now I am in to have the 2 brake lines and 2 front rotors replaced. Frank was extremely attentive and willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. Since we were very close to being at end of my warranty, it took multiple rounds of discussion with Frank and his management however, in the end they did what was right for me . I was extremely happy with the result and again, very grateful for all that Frank and Reed Jeep did for me. Thank you for doing what you do. I would recommend Frank to anyone... WAY TO GO!! BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again. When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!! Never again...

Took my Chrysler 300 in for an oil change and they forgot to put a bolt on resulting in the undercare shield hanging down and making an awful noise, possibly breaking it. We had no problems before our oil change. When I returned it and they replaced the bolt, they made me feel I was the one who did the damage. If the bolt was put back on in the first place, I would not have had to make the extra trip. I will go else where next oil change.
