I had my catalytic converter stolen from my work parking - WhyKate

I had my catalytic converter stolen from my work parking lot last week and had it towed to Schofield, as that is who I bought my Pilot from and have always had do any work needed. Since it was gonna be there for a week or so, I also had the windshield replaced due to a rock last year. My service advisor Matthew Burr was amazing and went above and beyond. My car insurance has been extremely difficult and Matthew has helped promptly and with nothing but above and beyond help. I have had the East location do almost all my work since I bought the car in 2016 even though I live westside and every visit goes without a hitch. This visit was perfect from Honda's side and they even did everything they could to help me with the items they had no control over. I recommend them to everyone. We have bought 4 Hondas from Brandon Baalman (who also helped me with some paperwork for this situation and if you need a saleman there, ask for him) over the last 10 years and will be getting the next one from them as well.

If I could give this dealership more than 5 stars, I would. Olathe Honda exceeded my expectations when it came to buying a new vehicle. I worked with Brandon Douglas in new car sales, and he was one of the best salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Brandon made this process super easy. He was not pushy. This dealership was the only one that gave the best price upfront with NO FEES out of the other 5 Honda dealers I called across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. The entire process was done via text/email, and even was able to have the car delivered to me in Oklahoma. Please do yourself a favor and buy here; you won't regret it.
