I had been looking at an edge on line and choose to go look at it,(they had it out as a loaner but had another one (different color), the young man that met us in the lot was very polite but I told him I had been exchanging messages with DJ, he went and got him, we drove the Edge liked it and was able to make payments work in our budget. DJ took care of everything (including offering us cold drinks), during the process we found some minor things we asked to have taken care of DJ gave us his word they would be taken care of and he came through with his promise, We hope this to our last vehicle we purchase but even though we may not have a reason to go back to make another purchase. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend Bob Allen Ford of Ottawa, Ks and dealing with DJ

Shawnee Mission Ford is the worst place to purchase a vehicle. I have a 2026 Ford Maverick and it's been in the shop twice already, with only 8,500 miles on it. The first time, for a sensor on the Hybrid battery and now for two different reasons all at the same time, Emergency brake sensor/ Internal issues with the transmission. The first time they gave me a loaner for a few days but this time around, it's already been a week and they wont even give me a loaner. This place is the worst! They don't even care! I've been trying to get a hold of the dealership all day with zero luck. The only department that takes calls right now is the sales department. And of course, they don't want to stop making those sales!! I called Ford Corporate and they told me I can get a rental and it MIGHT get reimbursed but it has to be a Ford that I rent. I checked local prices and it's a little over $750 to rent for a week. That's more than what I pay for my truck per month! I don't have that kind of money in the bank. People out here trying their best to live an honest life when these big corporations don't care if you live or die! As long as you make your payments, they don't give a crap. There is absolutely no humanity left in the world!

I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

I was passing through Hays on my way to Denver and because my windshield wiper washer wouldn't work my windshield was becoming covered with mud and restricting vision on I-70. Without an appointment, I checked with the service department to see if there was any chance they could look at it. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to help me. Ultimately, the guys discovered a cracked line and were able to make a temporary repair to get me safely down the highway. When I checked out, the guys said, "no charge, glad we could help." Treatment by these folks made this old man's day. Thanks!
