I had the best experience ever working with Tyler Vonnahme my Sales Representative at BMW of Des Moines. I was working with another BMW Dealership however I could not get the Sales Rep to return my calls or give me any accurate information about the new X3. So I called BMW of Des Moines and Tyler took my call. He was very friendly and genuinely interested in helping me along my car buying journey. He took the time to educate me on matters that I was concerned with, he listened to me and showed a great deal of professionalism. I was so impressed by Tyler that I did end up ordering the new X3 M50 and I love it! Tyler also spent time with me after I took delivery of my new car and showed me how to work everything in the vehicle. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience and Skyler the Business Manager was great to work with and made the financing and paper work really simple and easy. He was very quick to reply to my first inquiry about a car I was interested in and that was consistent throughout the couple weeks I took to decide what model I wanted to buy. It’s a big decision and I never felt pressured to rush into anything. Thank you also to Chris Weyer for speaking with me and answering my questions. When I finally found the exact car I wanted, it happened to be arriving at the dealership the same day I planned to stop in. Tristen and the service team rushed to get it off the truck for inspection and had it ready for me to take home that afternoon which was unexpected and appreciated! I’ve also had great experience with the service department when bringing my car in for routine maintenance over the years and I’m sure that will continue. I recently bought a car from for SML. Michael was a big help throughout the whole thing. He was patient and took the time to walk me through everything, took extra time providing me all the details over the phone and email. This was especially helpful since I had to fly in to pick up the car. His candor made me comfortable enough to make the decision to buy the car out of state. When I flew in, the dealer picked me up from the airport, which was nice. The whole process, from getting there to leaving, only took about an hour. That's way quicker than what I've dealt with before, which was usually 4-5 hours. Lynette, who handled the finances, was great too. She got through all the paperwork fast and was friendly to talk to. Overall, my experience with SML was excellent. I just wish they were closer to me so I could go there for my Audi needs.
