Ease of scheduling was great. I had a timely diagnosis and the work (a rather large & expensive job requiring dash removal) was performed in a timely manner. My only issue was finding one of the fasteners (3/4” screw) loose on the floor. Where does this go? And what isn’t fastened down and might rattle down the road?? I’m extremely happy other than this but it underscores my reluctance to bring my car anywhere. On the other hand being a former dealership mechanic, I know the tech working on my truck had a large complex job and was trying to beat the flat rate manual which is how jobs are quoted.

I bought my second car from Jeff and Alex yesterday and I LOVE my car! I wanted to look at one that was in a different town and they brought it down that day and had it ready for a test drive. After we made a deal they filled it with gas and let me keep my personalized plates! There is a button missing and Jeff ordered a new one right then and there and will replace it for free. I will recommend this place over and over! They are simply amazing. Thank you WBF and especially Alex and Jeff! I love my “new” Escape!

We just bought our second vehicle from Brad Deery Ford. We drove over and hour and a half, but feel that it's worth it. They have a really good inventory of newer used vehicles and the staff and service area are good to work with. We bought a 2020 F150 and a 2023 Explorer and really like both vehicles. Jordan was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Last week I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for my two front doors locking mechanism to be serviced. The parts had to be ordered and I came in on Tuesday to have them replaced. I had an appointment at 8:30am and informed them that I was going to wait in the lobby for my car to be done. At 1pm I go and check on how my car was coming along. They for got I was waiting in the lobby. I was there for 5 hours with nothing being done to my car. Another hour goes by and they inform me that the parts were damaged. My car didn't get in for service until after 1pm to find out the parts where damaged. Then they where going to give me a loaner car for the night and it will be done the next day. Not a single person asked me what they could do to make up for them not doing a thing to my car for 6 hours. Since they never asked me I told them it be a good idea to detail my car for me. I came back the next afternoon to get my car and return the loaner. When I picked up my car I was asked to still give them a 5 star review. Then if I wasn't going to do that than it would be best not to fill out the review form. I cannot believe the set of xxxxx this guy had on him to ask me that. Another time I had to come to a dealer for my car was roughly a year or so ago. I had to have my transmission replaced. I had to come to a dealer because of the warranty. I was given a loaner car and informed that it would be a month before my car was done. I was fine with that and went on my way. A few weeks go by and they need the loaner back because it got sold. I was perfectly understanding of that because it was for sale. I came back to exchange the car for a different one. Another week goes by and I call to see how my car was doing. Not a single person knew a thing about my car. This happened on multiple occasions. Another week goes by and I need to bring the loaner back because I don't know. I told them that they needed to come and get it because I didn't have time to drive to Hiawatha from Monticello. Before I learned they needed this car back I had filled the car up with gas. When I was given a different car it was delivered on empty. I was fuming by this point and called to complain. They told me they would make it up to me. After almost 3 months of having my car I finally got it back. Not a single person made this right. You guys had my car for 3 months, 3 different loaner cars, people not knowing a thing about even having my car and I gave you guys a free tank of gas. If I never had to go to a dealer then I wouldn't. I came to you guys because your closer then Billion in Iowa City. Now I know better then to waist my time with you guys. And the audacity for your worker to ask me to give you a 5 star review and if I wasn't going to give you a 5 star that I shouldn't fill the form out at all.
