I would not buy a car here if you are planning on using the service department for recalls or repairs. I took my car there for a recall on the air bags. The appointment was made a week in advance. Dropped it off Monday night for a Tuesday repair. I called Wednesday afternoon to see when it would be ready. The first two times I called they said they would check on it. After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes both times I was hung up on. Called back a third time and the person I talked to said they would check on it. After checking he said it should be ready about 4 o'clock and they would call me when it was ready. Never heard back. Called back the following morning and they said it should be ready about noon. Called back again about 1:30. They then told me the part just came in and there were 2 ahead of mine before they will start working on it. My only question is why would they schedule me for Tuesday if they could not get to it by Friday? It's a large recall, shouldn't they have the parts there prior to your car getting there? It would be nice if they would at least give you the option to take your car back if the parts are not there. They lied about it for 2 days knowing they did not have the parts and were not working on it.

Been dealing with them for a couple years now since purchasing my Jeep Cherokee. Going in for regular service, they do their job great, very pleased.

My wife had a fender bender last Dec. that damaged her car. Took it originally to a dealership in Louisville for repair. Was told had to order parts, a month later parts not in. That repeated for 4 months. Went to Jeff Wyler in Clarksville, In. Was told I’ll order parts and call you. A week later was told to bring it in and I could have it back in a couple weeks, they would call me. Four days later another call saying my car would be ready Monday. That’s service. Just picked it up ( a week earlier than promised) paint blended beautifully and repair not noticeable. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone…
