I recommend making an appointment and coming prepared, because that way they were able to do it all in one trip - including my trade-in, which was very helpful to me. The finance person I worked with across the street was also very personable. I was impressed with the whole process from beginning to end! Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Motor Werks Infiniti. Ralph Ibarra was exceptional to work with. He continually followed up with me and never pressured me into making a purchase. My husband and I drove over 10 hours to purchase a vehicle from Motor Werks because of the price and customer service provided by Ralph. I recently purchased a 2025 QX60 from Gregory Infinity that my wife discovered a scratch/dent on during the signing process. It seemed to be very serious to me,but the Gregory Infinity sales manager, and my terrific salesperson Cassandra reassured me that it would be taken care of free of charge. Well I brought my car in for the repair while I was on vacation, and when I returned my vehicle was repaired 100% to my satisfaction and Gregory Infinity stuck to their word that the repair would be free of charge. I would highly recommend to everyone that purchasing a new vehicle from Gregory Infinity is a very smart move, and one that you will not regret.!
