Our 2015 QX60’s CVT transmission unfortunately needed to - GordonLeav

Our 2015 QX60’s CVT transmission unfortunately needed to be replaced recently. This is a very costly and extensive repair, as the entire transmission had to be replaced and the labor alone exceeded 30 hours. Needless to say, it was a pretty harrowing ordeal. Thankfully, Angelo and the team at Berman Infiniti were patient and supportive while I worked with Infiniti Consumer Affairs to sort out the repair. Angelo also secured a much‑needed loaner vehicle for me during the duration of the work. The repair itself was completed promptly and even earlier than expected. Overall, I’m quite pleased with the outcome thanks to the efforts of Angelo at Berman, as well as Chris and Adam at Infiniti Consumer Affairs. What could have been a nightmare repair and a significant financial burden became far more manageable because of their help. Thank you for supporting a loyal Nissan/Infiniti family
