Nice people to work with. Not happy with the technical glitches in a brand new vehicle.

I had a great experience at Bull Valley Ford thanks to Cesar Ortiz. From start to finish, Cesar was incredibly nice and went out of his way to find exactly the Bronco I wanted. He was honest, polite, and straightforward throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free and enjoyable. The financing process was smooth, and I never felt pressured at any time. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend both Bull Valley Ford and Cesar Ortiz to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. - RafeGaret

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. They came back with a deal so good, I flew from NY to get it. Even picked me up at the airport in St. Louis and delivered me. If you are looking for a new RAM, check them out. Shout out to Ashlee and Brock, they were easy to work with.

Terry's staff is professional, thorough and courteous - karen

Terry's staff is professional, thorough and courteous every time my car needs servicing. I know my car is road-worthy and safe after they work on it. Christopher Resa and Randy Peterson made the experience easy and comfortable. Your ratings here only go to "Very Good". But Christopher and Randy deserve an "Excellent" rating.

Many of us have had bad buying experiences. W/Ken Johnson, not the case. He patiently eliminated any objections. Down to earth, laid back yet attentive/assertive. One who strives for the customers best interest and long term relationship. Refreshing.
