I am delighted to provide my genuine review of Tom at - Lexus_parker2000

I am delighted to provide my genuine review of Tom at Heritage Cadillac. Tom possesses exceptional knowledge and demonstrates in-depth expertise regarding the vehicles he sells. He facilitated a test drive, and I returned with a significantly enhanced understanding of Cadillac, having gained substantial knowledge that day. Although I did not make a purchase at that time, Tom remained pleasant and composed, showcasing impressive sales acumen. Consequently, I returned three months later and purchased an XT4. Tom's communication skills are exceptional, and he does not exert pressure. Instead, he takes his time and provides comprehensive information, demonstrating his dedication. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Heritage Cadillac for employing someone of Tom's caliber, and I appreciate the professionalism exhibited by everyone at the dealership. Thank you (Ms. Parker).

I so miss the best sales person a dealership could ever have. Her name is Erin Pryrchla. She was always available, super knowledgeable, and of course, super nice. Erin was always available to answer any questions and this was up to a year after I purchased my Cadillac XT5. I was sorry to hear she no longer works at Patrick Cadillac. On another note, I had service at Patrick Cadillac one time and I was very pleased with their work.

I’m not sure if they ever actually had the car in stock, - druckman62

I’m not sure if they ever actually had the car in stock, but they lead me around the whole facility trying to get me to buy a different car. “I think it’s here. Hey, check out that Lamborghini!” To make it worse, I was texting with the staff all week about the car under the guise that they actually had the car. Then, after all the walking around the property looking for the car, having the sales guy playing dumb, we get back to the sales floor, they tell me the car isn’t there (after texting me about the car all week and making an actual appointment to look at the car). And then all they did was try to sell me a Toyota. These people strung me along. Absolutely not buying from them.
