Because I was injured, I emailed my repairs to Napleton/Brian. I had an outline of everything that was wrong. Brian and porters picked up the car, brought it back to the dealership, contacted me w Napleton/Brian. I had an outline of everything that was wrong. Brian and porters picked up the car, brought it back to the dealership, contacted me with details on everything that needed to be fixed, called me everyday to let me know which things were fixed, which parts are still coming in and what they did in service each day. All in all, the experience was excellent. They went way our of their way to assist me, when the car came back, it was cleaned and detailed and everything was working as stated on my email. This is my 5th Cadillac from this dealership and in the future when I buy no. 6, I will be returning to Napleton Cadillac of Oak Lawn. More
