Weak dealer and staff. My MinnieWinnie is full of water (roof, slide, window, plumbing all leak). Bought new 7 mo ago. Don't visit the "Dillon Bad Dealer Crew" dealerships. Bad reviews all over the net. Their Customer Service Mgr requested I call him. He hasn't worked there in 3 years and the phone numbers disconnected. A 3 yr old copy paste! How many people wrote bad reviews and got this same customer service manager that now works at Subway

We really liked working with Dayton. He really tried to make our buying experience a positive one. The management was accommodating and helpful with getting our new camper ready for us. Service department did a great job with replacing and repairing some body parts. All in all, we are quite happy with our experience.

Extended warranty still cost me a bundle for a repair - unhappy-camper

I purchased a used trailer that came with the remainder of a 3 year warranty. I noted the bathtub had a crack in it that would allow water to pass to the floorboards. The service guys were pleasant and relatively quick to provide information about availability of replacement parts from LaGrande Oregon (145miles). Even though I volunteered to go an get the replacement part, they had it shipped and charged me the freight. The extended warranty would only pay for 4 hours of labor to replace the bottom part of the tub. It would take at least a very good portion of that to get the tub out. The remainder of the labor was on me Plus the $50.00 deductible! Add insult to injury, I had asked them to look at the slide out to see why it seems to go so slow. They told me there was a rock in the track that was making it seem slow, but it was no different when I picked it up. They also, told me they lubed the rails. The pictures I took after getting it back, would be Very difficult to see lube. When I presented the pictures, they told me it was a dry lube. I won't be going back to them for any more service OR sales. I have to admit that the workmanship was really good, but lying to me about the rock in the slide out rail, and gouging me for the labor was not appreciated. I'm hard pressed to imagine what the real cost would have been without the extended warranty.

This dealer gave me a good price on my new RV. But the after sale communications and follow through were very poor. Once I left their lot with my new unit, I could not get them to even respond to my requests for help on items missing from the unit. Had to contact the manufacturer for help getting the missing items. Go elsewhere if you are looking a dealer that provides good customer service after the sale.

Good experieince buying a used car - 3dclayman

We purchased a used car at this dealership and the sales people Nick and Bobby were both friendly and helpful. It was cold out and they went out of their way to let me inspect the car in their garage. We took a test drive and then we went back to the office. No high pressure sales or other tactics it was like visiting with a friend to discuss a good price. This was the best used car buying experience we have ever had.

One of the Worst Experiences I recently visited Paris RV's website while researching campers and came across an Aliner model I was interested in. The site had a "click to follow" button that prompted me to fill out a form, which I did, expecting to receive the wholesale pricing they claimed to offer. Shortly after, I received an email from Brett. To my disappointment, the email completely ignored my request for pricing information. I replied to Brett, hoping for a simple follow-up, but I never heard back. Later that day, I got a text from Mike, stating that he saw I filled out the form and asked if I had any questions. My first question: Why did Brett drop the conversation without providing the pricing I specifically asked for? My second question: Why didn't Mike include the pricing in his initial text when he clearly knew I was looking for the lowest price? Hours went by with no response to my reply. Frustrated, I sent another message, demanding the pricing information be sent within the hour. When I finally received the quote, it was a complete letdown. The price they provided wasn’t even close to wholesale and was higher than several other dealers I found with a simple Google search. This dealership is deceptive, unresponsive, and doesn’t respect customers' time or requests. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want honest service and competitive pricing. Avoid Paris RV at all costs.
