I appreciate the stellar customer service provided by Jamie Leialoha in the Kona Service Department. She made it so comfortable! She listened to my needs and conveyed everything to the mechanics who did the best rotor and brake job I have ever had on my 2017 Hyundai Veloster that I bought here brand new in 2018. They checked everything that I asked them to and have made a second appointment to fix other things that we are waiting on parts. I am confident they will do the best job on my a/c when I bring it again. Thank you, Big Island Motors!

Im gonna be fair sales person was attentive till the half way point then she made us wait 40 minutes with no sense of urgency to talk numbers and just because you sugar coat your words and tone, saying "you should fine another car instead' is already poor business etiquette and this is why Hawaii will never amount to the mainland because you have employees like this all around.

It's been 13 years since I bought a new car. I don't remember getting this great treatment or great deal. My salesman, Iven, was very experienced and a good salesman. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. He made sure we got what we wanted. We got some great military specials too. I would highly recommend this dealership.
