Windward Hyundai used to be fantastic, pre-pandemic. They were friendly and efficient. But now they do not answer phones, have a really long wait for appointments, do not provide service status, and take a very long time to fix your vehicle. I am so disappointed in how they are handling things.

He was able to help me trade in my car from the mainland and get me into a Jeep which is way more practical for island life.
