I had a great customer experience at Big Island Motors. I called while pulling into the dealership and was greeted by Myya Auld, who welcomed me and my Service Dog. Although I was pretty sure, I wanted a Subaru Forester, she let me know more about other models I was interested in. I decided to stick with a new 2025 Subaru Forester Premium Hybrid. Myya was amazing and made what I thought would be a very stressful process pretty easy. Manager Y. Miyamoto was awesome as well. He made sure I got the best rate for my loan annd was thorough when going over paperwork! I appreciate Myya taking the time to walk me thru all the fancy features and explain everything since my precious car had a tape deck. She even offered to help if I needed any ride to drop off the car we came in. So thankful I chose Big Island Motors and that Myya was there to help me with this huge purchase. Mahalo Myya and team!

Don't buy here! - ALOHA OHANA

Don't buy here! They will give you the run around after purchase on completing you trade in and registering your vehicle. Even let your tags expire with no communication after multiple attempts to get the registration after buying the vehicle.

The service manager was very courteous and explained everything~ He was extremely thorough and researched 2 repair issues and an discovered both of these issues are covered under my extended warranty for only $100 deductible~
