It’s hard to find someone these days with as much passion in what they do. Rick Eves is by far the best. His customer service and craftsmanship is old school. You don’t get any better than that. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing my experience was at the dealership. Asmir was incredible with taking care of my vehicle. He keep me updated and honored the coupon from the site. I asked if a car wash was included and he said yes. I mentioned I was glad because a bird had pooped on the car. When I went to pick up my car, he let me know he pressure washed the spots. I was so impressed how he went above and beyond to do that. He didn’t try to get me to add services or buy anything extra. In fact I told him the last place I went to said I needed some items, he reviewed everything and no everything looks good. I was shocked because my fear and I know of people won’t get their car serviced at a dealership because they worry about add ons and the price. Asmir being helpful and honest has made me want to continue to bring my Taos here. Best experience. Oh and he had the coolest pens they looked tools at his desk. If you need service, he’s your guy.

Bought a car here at a better price than dealer in Warner Robins, but have repeatedly gotten poor service. Took car in for 30-day check, employees standing around smoking or on computer playing, only one service writer, work got done, but detailer did poor job; in fact top of car and hood had circular scratches like the rag had been dropped on the ground. On another occasion had work done on car, but found it was not done when I got home as I had marked consumable parts that should have been replaced. Recently my salesman called me, said he'd quit and was working somewhere else, so I rode past VW dealership - like a graveyard. I realize brand is having some problems (diesel), but there were hardly any cars, only one salesman, employees standing around smoking - just no pride. Sorry to say a reputable dealer like Jackson bought his brand at a bad time and has been stuck with a poor staff culture. I think it would be best it dealer merged over on Subaru or Mercedes lot and that facility and staff were utilized to sell VWs and fire everyone over at Eisenhower location.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.
