Hade My Stang in for a Recall and Billy Fletcher did an amazing job. Being retired from the Car Business, I know how a service department can give you the run around. Billy doesn't at all. He tellls you the truth, he doesn't do any un-necessary upselling. He knows his cars, he not some young kid they just hired. I have dealt with him over a decade. I will continue to use their service department as long as Billy is still there. If you want the honest truth, even if iot hurts, go to Billy- he will shoot you straight. Also side not- If your a consumer, stop relying on the dealership to give you a loaner, try in advance to set it up, they dont just have cars to hand out. I handled my own situation without my car, I didnt demand it from the dealer. You know cars break down, they are man made, so prepare for this. You guys also need to update the staff on all review sites- I see people who have been gone over a decade. You dont have recent employees- and that's on most sites I went to- Thats on the ownership. Again BILLY IS DA MAN

Update: I received a phone call from Five Star Nissan and was refunded the total amount of my purchase. They apologized for the inconvenience that I went through and said there was a staff clerical error on their end that caused an overcharge. They will assess the issue firsthand in a staff meeting to implement changes, so this doesn't happen again. I received the check and believe that Five Star Nissan will do the best going forward, to make sure that all customers have an excellent experience when servicing their Nissan vehicle there. ************************* Beware! I called to check if this service department had a part I needed and they did. I made an appointment to install the part. But I was never provided a written estimate prior to work being done and I got ripped off. The mechanic got $400 for less than 1 hour work. They use the lie that their rates are higher due to their location. That is xx! I will be reporting them to the GA consumer Protection to investigate their fraudulent activities.

He knows his inventory and available merchandise extremely well and I have found I can always trust his knowlegable recommendations. I brought my Nissan Altima into Flowers for a transmission noise. Travis was very nice on the phone and in person. He greeted me when I drove up and Jake the Service Manager came right out to ride with me to listen to the problem. He confirmed that it was a transmission problem and that because of the extended warranty on my vehicle, Nissan would replace my transmission at no cost to me. I left my car with them, and they had it fixed in two days. Jake checked me out and was very friendly and I left feeling great about the customer service I received at Flowers Nissan, Thomasville, GA. My car drives great and I am satisfied with the work performed on my Altima. I would definitely recommend Flowers Nissan to anyone. I will continue to drive from Tallahassee, FL to take my care to Flowers Nissan for service. Thank you again to Travis and Jake for being so friendly and providing such great customer service. I want to thank Cynthia Beasley and Tyler Woods for providing my wife and sons with an excellent service experience. They were traveling from KY to FL and punctured a tire. They stopped in and needed help as their trip had been interrupted by this unfortunate event. Cynthia found a solution for my family's problem and worked with Tyler to get them back on the road in a timely manner... crisis averted. Having made my career in automotive retail operations, I understand that this type of situation can be frustrating for a number of reasons for the service advisor and technician. Its not a big dollar repair and since our unexpected tire problem was not on the schedule it could have possibly the schedule of the shop for that day and more specifically the technician doing the work. However, would never have known any of that by the way Cynthia responded to responded to my family's problem. She was kind to my wife found a solution to our problem and Tyler worked quickly to get them back on the road ASAP! Great job by the team!

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They've helped us on multiple times. My 3 year old vehicle had a dead battery yesterday morning. I called the service department to ask them if they thought it might just be a dead battery. Josh (service manager) offered to have them come out and jump my car for free! I then drove to the dealership and they were more than helpful with replacing my battery.

I was going out of town in two days, driving my new Ford Flex that I purchased from Murray Ford. I hit a curb and blew out a tire on Friday. No where in my town was there a tire, so we took the car to back to David Strickland at Murray. They found a tire in Jacksonville, Florida. They drove to Jacksonville to pick up the tire and bring it back to St Mary's and put it on my car so I could go out of town. That is service above and beyond. Another reason I would recommend Murray Ford.
