Hey, words can't explain the horrible customer service that I've been receiving from The Mitsubishi Morrow dealership. I had my car towed to this location on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 for a diagnostic. That's it! It is now Wednesday, June 1st, 2022 and I STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY CAR! I've missed countless days of work and was never offered a loaner car or even compensation for a rental in the meantime. This dealership literally had my car for over 3 weeks! There's literally been no communication unless I call. And I've been getting the run around for well over a week because on Friday, May, 27th, 2022, Tim told me they haven't ran a diagnostic yet because their diagnostics machine broke. When we're you going to tell me that? How is that my problem? Why am I just now knowing this after you guys having my car over 9 days at that point? I was under the impression that I was a priority and my car will atleast be diagnosed. This is hands down my worst experience ever with a car repair shop and dealership. No professionalism. No communication. Everyone sounds like they have an attitude when you call. I'm the customer and I haven't been treated right. I should have the attitude! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! After posting negative reviews only, I somehow got their attention. They told me they found the problem but it would take almost another week of waiting for the parts and labor. After giving my car a bogus diagnosis, they charged me over $1200 to fix my car with a full throttle body to stop my car from going idle and professed that my car is working now. On Wednesday, June 8th 2022, i spent over $40 for an Uber to pick my car up all the way in morrow from fairburn (40+ miles). And guess what? After I paid $1200 and waited a month for my car, my car did not start. Literally! My car is literally having the same issue. After an entire month there's no progress. I feel robbed. I paid for a service and didn't receive anything but a scam. I've lost money, patience, and trust in the Mitsubishi brand overall. After revving up my car a couple of times after starting the car, i was able to drive my car back home from the dealership but my car kept feeling like it would die at any moment. Thursday, June 9th, 2022 I woke up to start my car again the next morning. It immediately died again. I called Tim and told him the issue. He told me to bring the car back to dealership. I arrived to the dealership at 10:45am. I didn't leave the dealership until 5:30pm. YOU CAN CHECK THEIR SECURITY CAMERAS! I WAS THERE ALL DAY!!!!! I waited for ALMOST SEVEN HOURS and THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!!! NO HELP! I LEFT WITH THE SAME ISSUE I WAS HAVING A MONTH EARLIER, MISSING WORK, PAID $1200 FOR NOTHING!!!!! SO NOW IM IN THE SAME POSITION I WAS IN ON MAY 18th on JUNE 13th. This is ABSOLUTELY INSANE! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!
