I have never been so disappointed overall! I will never deal with Ed Voyles Service Team again! They can care less about the service you receive and their only option to fixing your situation is, we will buy the car back! So instead of fixing minor things they were supposed to have fix, they would rather buy the car back! The service center at Edd Kirby’s is exceptional! I was driving from Illinois to Georgia when I started experiencing problems with my van. Was able to make it to the dealership and Caleb the Service tech got me right in and kept me up to date with parts coming in etc. Caleb went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of with the right rental car and helped with transferring our luggage into the rental. they do not do what they say. they sold me a 02 gmc sonoma truck without servicing it, without a spare tire, driveshaft had to be replaced, new radiator had to be replaced. it wasn't even serviced before i got it, the air filter was solid black, it looked like it had been in a coal mine. the serpintene belt was dryrotted. american lube fast could not believe the condition it was in, and they even said they had many customers come in complaining about them. it's a bad dealership and mr. wiggins doesn't stand behind his service STAY AWAY!!
