I bought a used car from Bill Holt Mitsubishi last week (salesman = Billy Alford), and I do have to say I don't think I've ever had a better and more pleasant car buying experience.
I am an analytical person, and I research and think for days, weeks, and even months before making a significant purchase. The first time I came in, Billy set me up for a test drive, and he was respectful of my desire to investigate a few other candidates that I had on my list. A couple weeks later I came back and bought this car from him.
There doesn't seem to be any nonsense at this dealership., and let's be honest, we can't say that about every dealer. Indeed, the same day I bought my car from them, I walked out of another dealership who was so aggressive it turned into a battle.
My five star experience was not just on the sales side. When it came time to actually sign the papers and make decisions around buying the car, Brandon the business manager was just as helpful and courteous. Yes, like all dealers they have some add-ons you can buy if you want them, such as extended warranties, and in my case I actually made the first inquiry about them, but they're not overly aggressive about them. In short, my experience leads me to believe they actually like and respect their customers. If the service department is anything like the sales side, I will be having my new car serviced here.
If you're looking for a used car, or any Mitsubishi (and you should consider them because they make great dependable cars), then I would definitely give this dealership an opportunity to earn your business.
I'm very happy with my car, the value I received, the treatment I experienced, and so I do highly recommend Billy and this dealer.
