BUYER BEWARE they sold me my new ram with damage from someone else wrecking the truck and it was not disclosed to me. plenty of other dealers STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! More details as to the dealership response I have everything documented and more proof if needed! Hello I bought my new ram and did my deal online and over the phone. We worked that day and drove all night 500 miles to get the truck. when we arrived at the the dealership they were pulling the truck around to the front of the dealership. The sales guy came out and greeted us. We test drove the truck for less than a mile and returned to the dealership. We sat down to do the paperwork and I asked the financing guy why the truck had 116 miles on it. He told us that they had a issue with the truck before we bought it and that's why it wasn't on the dealership website. We signed the paperwork and drove away we stopped about 15 miles from the dealership to eat. And upon returning to the truck we noticed a small dent on the passenger side above the window. So I got in the bed of the truck and their were several deep scratches on the top of the cab. I immediately called the dealership to ask what happened to my new truck and the issue they had with the truck before I bought it and was told very rudely that's none of my business he stated I looked at the truck beforei bought we just glanced at the truck never thought to get in the bed to look at the top of the cab or to look hard because it was a new truck. . The dealership told me I damaged my truck and hung up on me. We went a few miles down the road to get a hotel room because we have been up over 24 hours the dealership called me the next day when we were driving home and told me I could bring the truck back and cancel the deal but they were going to charge me 1.00 for every mile I drove the truck and that would have been around 450 miles by the time I turned around and drove back to the dealership. I told the dealership I would not do that unless I received all my money back. Then the dealership offered me 500 to repair the truck I told them that it was a lot more that 500 in damage. I stopped by a autobody shop and the guy at the body shop told me it was around 3800 in damage because the whole top of the truck and the door had to be repaired and repainted. I called the dealership and told them the quote to repair the truck and they laughed and said they would not fix my truck. The dealership only offered 500 or return the truck at 1.00 per mile. I've never had any problems from a dealer like this before. I've also have the text from the dealership and all call logs. Including the text where they are offering 500. Also I'm including pictures from the website where the truck was relisted and you can see the dent above the window proving the damage was preexisting I just want the truck repaired to as new condition.

Tore up rear end of my Dodge truck during recall work - weespot414

Took my 2005 Dodge 1500 Ram pickup to dealer for airbag and pinion nut recall. Two weeks later, truck rear end squealing on the way home from work. Called a buddy who recommended a nearby rear end shop. Took it there for repair. After rear end repair completed, this shop owner told me that the Jenkins Chrysler mechanic had majorly over tightened the pinion nut, resulting in $1,095 worth of repairs. I called the Chrysler service manager, and he said since I didn't bring the truck to him, they would not pay for my repairs. Meanwhile, this same service manager called the repair shop where my truck was, and asked them to fax a copy of my receipt to them, and asked the owner twice if the overly tightened pinion nut had caused the damage. The owner told him twice that it did do the damage conclusively. I think if I had taken it back to Chrysler, they would've denied ever damaging it!
