I called to check a car and they told me to call on Monday and when I called and that they sold it. Instead of letting me know that the car was sold.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I DO NOT recommend this dealership. We purchased a vehicle for this dealership, and within HOURS (after only driving for less than 30 miles), the car stalled, would not accelerate, and we could not change gears. We reached out to them, and they arranged for a tow truck to pick up the vehicle (for which we were very grateful). While the tow truck driver placed the car on the tow truck's bed, we observed transmission fluid on the floor. Three days later, they told us that the problem was that the transmission drain plug must have fallen off as it was missing. TWO days later, the engine and the tire pressure sensor lights turned on. We took the vehicle to our trusted mechanic and discovered the following issues: -The transmission gasket is leaking. -Failed catalytic converter -Bad breaks (left front almost metal to metal) -Worn shocks - New tires are needed, along with two new tire pressure sensors. -Observed the passenger front tire assembly and the headlight are in a much newer condition than the rest of the car, with markings on the nuts and lines where they need to be re-tinted after a replacement. The mechanic suspected the vehicle was in an accident and was not reported. -Also, suspect the odometer was disconnected or replaced. Therefore, the recorded driven miles are inaccurate, and the car has way more than the 45,560 miles reported. Overall the car is in worst shape than we initially thought. Being a 2017 Hyundai vehicle with 45,560 miles, we expected the car to be in a much better condition. Yes, it is a used vehicle, and a few issues are expected (oil change, breaks, and possibly tires), but not a replacement of the catalytic converter, the transmission leaking, new shocks ,or a car with a fraudulent odometer and an undisclosed accident. We contacted them again to return the vehicle or at least cover some of the repair costs (in total, over $5000). They entirely refused and did not want to work with us, claiming that they did not know what we had done to the vehicle since we purchased it. We have only had the car for ten days, 3 of which were in their possession, and have driven at most 70 miles (50 of them to drive from the leadership to our residence). We suggested taking it to their trusted mechanic or a Hyundai dealership to confirm our findings, but they refused. They do not inspect their vehicles before they are sold. DO NOT BUY from this place.

This Dealership is the worst to buy a car from. They have changed their name from Leilnger Auto Sales Inc. To Neighborhood Auto Sales simply because they provide terrible service they have terrible reviews. I purchased A car from them in 2009 and paid the vehicle off in 2010.After dealing with a repo, them disappearing without a trace,and mailing payments, I finally paid the vehicle off. They are trying to charge me even more money for me to retrieve my title.They treat people like they are animals. I tried my very best to cooperate with him, by keeping in contact if I made any changes. I called them constantly, left messages, and no respond. I know my rights, and this is not fair for this business to take advantage of innocent people.

I purchased a 2016 Mazda6 from OKCarz and was told the higher price was due to extensive reconditioning and inspection of the vehicle. I do want to note that the salesperson I worked with was responsive and professional throughout the process. They addressed my concerns promptly. The buying process itself was straightforward, but the issues with the vehicle condition quickly became the main concern. At pickup, I immediately discovered a brake fluid leak (a serious safety issue), along with defects in the infotainment system and other condition concerns. I documented these issues in writing the next day, and the dealership acknowledged them. They also acknowledged my expectations based on the reconditioning that had been discussed and stated they would provide documentation of the work performed—but I was never provided with those records. Despite these initial issues, I proceeded with the purchase. After taking the vehicle, additional problems occurred, and an independent inspection identified multiple pre-existing issues that should have been caught during any reasonable inspection process. While the dealership has offered to cancel the contract, it is conditioned on a post-return inspection, which is concerning given that the issues were present from the beginning. Due to the seriousness of the situation, I have submitted complaints with the appropriate agencies and am currently seeking legal guidance. I also have additional photos and video documenting the condition, although I was unable to upload all of that content here. My main concern is that the condition of the vehicle did not align with how it was represented, particularly regarding inspection and reconditioning. I would encourage anyone considering a purchase to request documentation and thoroughly inspect the vehicle before completing the sale.

Awful!!! I purchased a car at Orlando Car Wholesalers through Ralph AKA “June,” and I requested that they change the bulbs because some were not working for the tail lights,etc. I also asked if they serviced cars —oil changes, transmission, and coolant, and was told that they certainly could do that for $200. This was on a Saturday, and I was informed my car would be ready on that following Monday. They were to drop it off at my address. Monday came and went, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, they wouldn’t even call me back for updates. Where was my car I wondered, and what was going on? Finally, Thursday I received a text message “they were on the way, “ but many, many hours passed, and my car had not arrived. I asked where they were, and no one answered. Friday, the car was dropped off early in the morning. They hurried off after leaving the car at my address. When I get inside of the car and start it, the check engine light is on, all of the indicator lamps are glowing, it showed below E for fuel, and the gas cap was caved in. The tires appeared to have been switched. They were dangerous with severe rot and tread showing. The tire pressure was 10 psi all the way around. I had to pry the gas cover open with a screwdriver so that I could put some fuel in it. Yes, they actually dropped off the car in that condition and left. It was running or else I would not have even purchased it. What the xxxx did they do to the car while they had it? Needless to say, I was not amused because this was not the car I looked at, and They were unwilling to even discuss anything with me. The Sheriffs department were contacted by myself and my attorney. I am wondering how many other people this has happened to? My car had a blown head gasket and other issues. Purchasing an older vehicle, I was prepared for possibility of near future maintenance work such as looking into perhaps a new timing belt & water pump, And having it looked at elsewhere. I asked June/Ralph many times if there was anything wrong with the car, anything that needed immediate attention, any recommendations, was it safe, Etc., and he said it was “in perfect running condition.” He was well aware that I have a disability, and was in need of reliable transportation. He went on to say that Orlando car wholesalers “could completely service my car.” I could not agree more with the other people who posted about having a terrible experience from this dealership.

Terrible, they keep stealing peoples money. Check out the Better Business Bureau and the ripoffreport dot com. I went in to buy a car and they provided $700 of gap insuarnce. Nearly 6 months later the company that gave them the contracts finally contacts me to tell me that Payless Car Sales d/b/a Miami Master Cars, Inc. has not paid them. I called the Attorney General and was told that they could not do anything to get my money back. The worst place imaginable. AFter researching them further, after this debacle, I found I was not the only one this happened to. I was just lucky they paid off the trade-in. It looks like they disbanded as a company and re-incorporated under the same name in Canada. I can't believe they got away with it just because they are a franchise. Payless Car Sales should be held jointly responsible for not checking up on their "company".

This is a great place to buy a car. I drove from Tallahassee after salesman Jeb told everyone he would stay late if he needed to. They had a larger vehicle I have been looking for over a year now. I can't afford a new vehicle of this type but Jeb had one with low miles and a honest price. I was in and out in two hours with a great finance rate. I'd buy from them again any day.

Owner give fights to repair a promised fix - Rob

At time of purchase owner wrote that he would pay for need repair. After many times of taking the car back to his shop and problem was never fixed, he still refusses to allow me to take it to another shop. I paid $100 to a well known and 100 year established shop to find the issue. I recieced it in writting. When I showed it to Wilson (the owner) He said that they are wrong because he will not pay the amount to correctly repair car. However, the car has been back to him 6 times with no resolution. Here's an analogy...Wilson (owner) knows you have cancer but it is going to cost him more money after you paid him and agreeded to take care of it. So he fights with you to say 2 asprains will heal you. When you call his sales person to tell her that the problem is still not fixed after 6 weeks, she tells you that she does not want nto hear it anymore because she has more important customers.

*** Buyer BEWARE *** ** SCAM ALERT ** I lost $8,000 dollars in one day at RENEWIT Car Care. While living in Atlanta, I found a beautiful 2005 SLK350 Mercedes on the web. After a number of phone calls and research, I flew to RENEWIT in Seminole to buy the car. The team was so accommodating and friendly, it really put me at ease. The car detailer that took the test drive with me said it was the best company that he'd worked at in years. When the taxi dropped me off, I gave it the best inspection I knew. Where I found a problem or question, specifically the navigation, the mechanic looked at it and wasn't sure what the problem was, so the sales manager gave me a book of CD's and told me that would fix it. All throughout the sales process, I was pitched the extended warranty. I had time to decide, but to ease my concern, the salesman assured me several times that the car came with a 3-month engine and drivetrain warranty, so if I didn't want the extended, i was covered. I believed him and drove off, back to Atlanta. When I got home, my wife offering to help me, went into the trunk to get my travel bags and BANG, the trunk lid came crashing down on her head. Apparently, when I was inspecting the trunk on the car lot, the salesman was holding it open, keeping it from crashing down on me. Well, several doctor visits later, she's finally cleared of head trauma issues. Now, by the time I got back to Atlanta, the car wasn't acting correctly. I wasn't sure what it was, so I took it to to a certified Mercedes team to review it. They said it had a code that was an early warning of a catastrophic engine failure and would cost $3,500 to repair. Further, the dual-zone AC unit was broken (which is why it wouldn't adjust). Yes, I asked the RENEWIT mechanic about that, he didn't know. And lastly, the instrument cluster was broken. The grand total for repair was $8,000. Keep in mind, this was diagnosed the day after I bought the car. I called RENEWIT and was offered the warranty again. After calling the warranty company, they said it wasn't a covered item. It was a warranty that sounds good, but does not protect you. I was told by the sales manager that they would swap out the car, just wait for your title to come in. Well, they bungled the out-of-state paperwork, filled it out incorrectly and when the DMV finally processed it, the overcharged fees were refunded to RENEWIT, not me. I guess they felt it was a tip or something. I didn't drive the car anymore. After two months of not driving the car, making car payments, the title came in and I called to make arrangements to return the car. That's when the shadow owner stepped into the sunlight to inform me that he wouldn't honor the 3-month warranty, wouldn't honor his sales managers agreement to take the car back and suggested that I find somewhere else to trade it in. Too bad I didn't buy the warranty, he said. Please see picture excerpt from the sales contract that spells out any representation of the salesperson will not be honored UNLESS IT IS WRITTEN. If it's not written in the sales contract specifically, the existing small print is there to protect the dealer and leave no accomodation for the buyer - hence buyer beware. I lost $8,000 dollars in one day at RENEWIT Car Care. Don't buy a car without heavy documentation of the promises their sales team gives you. Demand to document and have evidence of what you are told.
