Great experience. Saved a lot of money. Got a nice car. - rc

I needed a new car for my girlfriend so I started browsing on True Car, CarMax and Auto Trader. After a few weeks I narrowed down two Corollas that I was interested in. Richard's Car Co was the first area I visited for a 2015 Corolla L at 30800 miles at 11477$ (extraordinary deal). Richard was extremely professional and very genuine at the same time. I was immediately impressed by how maintained he keeps his cars. I test drove the Corolla L and it was very nice. Very clean, no accidents, regularly serviced, just an all around beautiful car. My girlfriend really liked how the car test drove and really trusted Richard to sell us the car. At the end I told Richard I wanted to look at one more car before I make my decision and he totally understood. Before I left I thought I would ask what other Corollas he had. He offered me a Corolla LE Plus at 5400 miles at $13997! I was like "I WANT THAT ONE". I told Richard I would reach out to him that night with my final decision (I wanted to inquiry about a Corolla in El Cajon through Japanese Auto Sales with about 5,000 miles at $12000 even). I spoke with a man over phone named AJ Ahmadi who worked for Japanese Auto Sales in El Cajon. I could not pull up the carfax on his ad found on True Car (some dealers post them and some do not) so I got a little suspicious. I spoke with AJ, who assured me that the only damage on the vehicle was a "right fender. And it had got replaced with a brand new one". I asked for the car fax and he said "come down here and Ill show you it the cars in good condition. I want to show you everything in person". I contacted Richard and told him I may drive 30 mins down south to El Cajon to check out this Corolla, but I was skeptical about it. Richard immediately car faxed me the history and it was a salvaged title! I was so MAD at AJ and told him so through email. He responded by saying "I told it was salvaged from the beginning and it was not a total loss". So mad. I put $1000 down on the Corolla Richard offered me and picked it up a few days later. He allowed me to finance through my employer and made the experience fast and easy. HIGHLY RECOMMED VISTING RICHARDS CAR CO FOR YOUR CAR BUYING NEEDS. Richard is more than fair and is very trusting. My girlfriend Hanna as well as her sister (her sister came with us car shopping) had their minds made up 10 minutes after meeting Richard and his beautiful cars. Thanks Richard for the great deal, the great service and for being so trustworthy.

Great Place And People To Deal With - spring hill joe

We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Fred and his staff. The people there are "very friendly" and make you feel "right at home" when you go there. We have never experienced any pressure either which is great !! The vehicles we have purchased over the past year (2 Dodge Dakotas) were priced very reasonably and Fred took care of a couple items I asked him to at no charge as well. I would "highly recommend" you stop by there if you are looking for a good used vehicle. Note: Rating the quality of work below is based on the couple items that Fred took care of on the latest vehicle we purchased - Joe Castorino - Spring Hill

Recently bought a Porsche Cayenne from Show cars of Boca - mazi_c

Recently bought a Porsche Cayenne from Show cars of Boca Raton. The entire process was very smooth. The price was fair and my salesman Shawn was simply great. They are stand up guys and even offered to change the battery which is not cheap once I received the car. I highly recommend them and will definitely buy another car from them.

Awesome place! - Sunset

Awesome place! Super friendly service and fast! Can tell it’s a family business and they definitely take care of you like you are! We lost everything 3 days prior due to hurricane Helene and they helped get us into a car, worked out a great financing deal that would work for us, and just went above and beyond to help us during a very difficult time. It was such an amazing car buying experience! We Love the car and will definitely be back for another one! The selection of cars is amazing, and you can tell they take pride in the cars, even told us to bring it back if we ever had any issues with anything! Definitly cannot recommend this place enough!!

Worst Experience in my Entire life! - Jess24

Made me sign papers without explaining to me the financing rate and fees end up paying $5000 for a $1900 car when i got there the police was at the dealer because a customer that was there call them to complain about a deposit the dealer tried to keep without delivering a car , i should take it as a bad sign and walk away from there !

Horrible customer service!! - Pissedoff

Not buy here!! They have terrible customer service skills. They look for reasons to repossess your vehicle and lie to do it. Car was repossessed for only being late 3 days!!! The finance dealer is terrible!! Do not waste your time with this buy here, pay here.

Had a great experience purchasing a used car from ALWAYSSOLD123. I spoke with Mark and Charlie before flying in from Alabama, and they were very transparent throughout the process. They even suggested getting a PPI before I came down, and everything checked out exactly as described. Very honest dealership and I would definitely do business with them again. Thanks again for my new car!

Scam, lies, and false reports! - Tired

Lies about warranty, about miles, just over all no honesty. Their integrity is no good. Doctor cars up to hide issues. When you have problems they are not there to fix them. They will not back their word.

Best internet car buying experience EVER! - Jim G

In my 43 years of buying and selling cars personally, 94 of them to be exact, (and managing a used car business for 6 years) I have come across many dishonest salesman and can say that in general most will tell you and promise you ANYTHING to get you to buy a car. Once they have your money, you are on your own. AS IS and BUYER BEWARE!!! Today I am writing about the opposite experience, the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! This is the first time EVER that a car I purchased long distance and had shipped exceeded my expectations. The dealership is Autos of Palm Beach and the salesman is Daniel. He was professional, responsive and honest. He was clearly busy while working through our transaction but always followed up and followed through. He got the car shipped to me in Virginia overnight, one day ahead of schedule. He underestimated the shipping cost and absorbed the difference instead of passing it on to me. The car was in better shape than he described (digital pictures hide flaws) and came with all the accessories promised (mats, keys, manuals). The one concern I had about the hybrid battery during the sale,he researched and contacted me with a SOLUTION after I received the car even though he provided the answer during the the sales process. He emailed me necessary paper work within minutes of asking in addition to express mailing it so my wife could drive her birthday gift ASAP. He will be my first choice in long distance purchases and he should be yours!

I would like to share my most recent car buying - Alfonzo

I would like to share my most recent car buying experience that made me write this 5-star review. Again I was in the market for a used and reliable car; I searched low I searched high and again found dealerships filled cars with prices to good to be true, fees with will make anybody grinch on the spot, bite and switch and above all waste of time; all that quickly disappear once I discovered Avis used car sale, Mauricio at the Colonial branch was the salesperson responsible for this first rate shopping experience. - there was zero pressure nor feel rushed at any time. - he was trustworthy and took the time to listen to me. - the entire process was quick and painless. - clear communication (email, text and in-person) - No games, no hassle. - Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises) - he was professional, polite and attentive to my buying needs - he went above & beyond by delivering my new ride early in the morning so I could get to work on time. I can openly and without hesitation recommend Avis Used Car sales in Colonial Drive as anyone first stop when getting their next car but above all ask for Mauricio you will be as happy as i am right now. Wait wait...there is more, I took my new ride to the local Lexus Dealership for a full and comprehensive check up which passed with flying colors matching what Mauricio initially disclosed about my new car overall mechanical and cosmetic condition. In short….great value great car and great assistance.

Bought an 2010 VW Tiguan. Hear went out of his way to find this car even when he didn't have it at the dealership. He had this car for me a week later in the color I wanted too. It had only 6000 miles and saved me about 6000$. I was going to buy one from tom bush a week before for 26000$. I saw his ad on flashnights.com. I called the office and they said they didn't have it on the lot but will'do every to get me one. Great honest team working at this dealership that will make sure you get exactly what your looking for at a great price.

dont buy cars here - mikelarry1

this car lot is scammers they sell cars that will break down or already is. then when you want them to fix it they look at you stupid. my aunt just bought her car here and soon as we left the lot it was a problem. when we want to test it out the guy name tracey hop in the driver seat instead f the person who is purchasing the car. then when we brung the car to tire kindom it had a bad engine. tracey did say he will have someone fix it but after almost a week no response or answer. he never told the mechanic to come get the car. my aunt had to call the mechanic herself so he can get it. no one at car lot cared as we waited 5 to 6hrs waiting for a mechanic to come. tracey and rest of the sales man just want your money. so if anyone is reading this please i beg you dont go to them you will be
