I called to bring my almost brand new vehicle in for service because the charging door wouldn't open, they said I could be scheduled same day and to come on in. When I arrived, staff lacked attention and did not have any record of my call. I arrived at 3:30pm on a weekday when the service center closes at 6, but no service advisor could be bothered to do an intake on the vehicle. Instead, she chose to have me fill out an after-hours envelope to drop off the vehicle. Once they parked my vehicle later in the evening, I noted in the VW app they couldn't be bothered to lock my car. Hopefully they have security overnight. The next day, they worked on the vehicle and basically blamed it on me for not unlocking the car when opening the charging door, although I tried locked an unlocked. No charge service trip, and issue seems to be resolved, but I do not feel I will return to this dealer for service,
