This particular salesman is so precious! He could sell the wallpaper off the wall! I've driven Camaros all my life and for me to consider a Lincoln was a lot for me. He calls himself Buddy Freddy and the last time I talked to him was in 1997, and you couldn't have hired a more competent and knowledgeable man! It's too bad he's married, I wouldn't mind him for a husband myself! Kudos to you New Port Lincoln!! 🚗🚘

My husband and I just purchased a Lincoln . We must say that our experience was great. all of the staff was warm and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything in detail. They were not pushy at all. They were reasonable and very professional. Brittany, our salesperson was the best ever! She went above and beyond to make sure we were completely familiar with the techno set-up, etc. Her manager, Mike Grimaldi, was warm, pleasant, and quick to address all of our needs. Matt, the finance person was fast, accurate, diligent, and treated us with great kindness.

Worst experience ever! My husband brought his pickup in for some work and also brought in a new set of wheels and tires he wanted put on. He went to pick up the truck and his tires and wheels were "missing".. they didn't seem to care that much and told us they'd file a police report and get back with us. Now they are trying to say its our fault! How ridiculous is that! We brought them there for a purpose and the lady in service assured my husband they would keep his truck inside at night. They never return our phone calls, lie about trying to help us out. Ted the service manager was unprofessional and basically told us to kick rocks. Ill never bring another vehicle there if this is how they treat customers and I will go out of my way to let everyone know what a terrible experience we had.

We bought a 2024 Silverado 2500 crew cab LTZ 4WD from Sandy, and it was by far the BEST dealership we have ever encountered. From the initial meeting with Roger he makes you feel like family. Alan the manager on the floor was also amazing. What personalities the two have we laughed and swapped stories and laughed some more, it made what could have been a stressful transition so relaxed and smooth. Both were very honest and straightforward with us which is very unusual dealing with some dealerships. Than on to finance which is usually very drawn out, the gentleman (forgot his name) explained each warranty that is offered and did not pressure us to buy any; we signed and and off we went. It was the fastest finance transaction ever. He sent all documents to us via email and was amazing!!!! I would recommend ALL my family and friends to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet!!!
