41 Florida Genesis Dealers

Service dept. - Philip Campos

Service dept. is deplorable , unprofessional and lack communication skills. My car was there for 2 weeks and 1 day when it was only suppose to be there no more than 2 days. They don't offer the GENEAIS EXPERIENCE. They provided a loaner car that eas filthy inside.

Outstanding, professional and courteous service. - dianerug

Outstanding, professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Genesis. We had a problem for 2 months with a previous dealership where we bought our car and they didn’t return calls, texts or emails and they could not resolve our issue. One visit to Genesis Central Florida and they solved our issue. The dealership is conveniently located near the turnpike, the ‘waiting room’ is an elegant lounge with snacks, coffee and soft drinks. But most important was their friendliness and great service and they were the only ones who could actually update our maps and get wireless Apple Car Play installed and working. We’ll return here anytime we need service or for a future new Genesis.

Philip in sales was absolutely amazing and walking me - Cbgiggs2005

Philip in sales was absolutely amazing and walking me through the buying process. It had been 20 years since I had purchased a new vehicle and he was very patient and kind and honest and helped me through the entire process and then days afterward checked on me a couple of times just to make sure everything was going very well. Highly recommend Philip and this dealership.

I have owned Mercedes, infinitys, Cadillacs and - JerryT

I have owned Mercedes, infinitys, Cadillacs and Corvettes. Genesis service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. It is nonexistent. I purchased a new 2024 Genesis GV 70 from Genesis Of Melbourne. I was assured Service would not be an issue at this Hyundai dealer selling Genesis. I’ve given up trying to speak to a Genesis service representative at the dealership since it is impossible.. I have owned my new 2024 Genysis GV 70 for six months. I have decided to get rid of it due to lack of service at this dealership. Great car, terrible dealer. Based on my experience with Genesis Of Melbourne, I do not recommend doing business with them.

Recently made an out of state purchase completely over... - HMcKnight

Recently made an out of state purchase completely over the phone. They arranged shipping and made it as easy as possible considering my circumstances. Erica was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rafael in finance was also great.
