Car trouble is bad -- having it on the road is worse. Having car trouble on the road when 90 years old after having both knee joints replaced is even worse. Yet, the check engine light came on. I, with difficulty, checked fluids and belts. Wife and I drove to the closest Ford dealership which was in Crestview, FL. There, I was told it would be November before they could start on my car. It was mid-September and my wife and I were trying to get to Thomasville, GA, for our daughter's 50th wedding anniversary. I told the gentleman in the service bay that I wanted to know if it would harm our 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis to continue driving it. Just then a mechanic walked in and the question was discussed quickly and it was decided that he could just check the codes immediately! The waiting room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The car problem was related to fuel mixture -- it was running lean. We were sent on our way. The charge was minimal. We were there only an hour! The 50th anniversary party was a great success! But it was made more so for my wife and me by Crestview Ford employees Brandon and Thomas. They were key in getting us back on the road and even now three days later, we still feel in Brandon's and Thomas's debt. We live 200 miles from Crestview Ford; if living within 50 miles, I would certainly buy my next vehicle from them. (I just might anyway.)

I was very happy with my Ford 2022 F150. The sales and parts staff were very friendly. My main issue was an added item that was not included on the online price. It was almost a deal breaker. It did take a very long time to complete the purchase. It was the best deal I found online.

Took F150 in for cam phasers. Got it back leaking coolant. Replaced the water pump, got it back still leaking coolant. Took it back, they then said it was the coolant reservoir, $800 they replaced that, got it back, STILL leaking coolant. Went back, then they said it was the turbo coolant line, would be another $2100 to fix. They are either scamming people or their service department is completely incompetent. Would not recommend for service.

"Illegal & shady practices " - GMAM Dealership policies is to ask for deposits and registered new vehicle before sitting in with Finance department and not being able to negotiate terms and rates. locking you in taking their terms or rates and not providing all legal documents and refuses to surrender them. Taking advantage of all consumer. Especially US Veteran, senior and the disable. Salesman are penalized if they don't follow management policy. Salesman only being there two weeks family friend.

I brought the vehicle to Greico Monday, 5/22/2023 with air flowing but not very cool temperature. They ran "tests" and determined I need two (2) new evaporator cores replaced. The costs were $4,094.24. I agreed to the repair and received the vehicle Friday, 5/26/2023. I picked up the vehicle and the A/C was working and felt cool temperature but not real cold. I drove the car for about 2 weeks, and then the air starting to blow warm again. I called Greico on 6/7/2023 and they said to bring it back in. The next availability I had on my schedule was on 6/14/2022. Greico ran more "tests" and determined I now need a new air compressor at a cost of $2100 (text). That is over $6000 for a car A/C. I refused to allow them to make any more repairs at this point as I do not trust them, and I went to another repair shop (Empire Auto in Fort Lauderdale, FL). At Empire Auto on 6/16/2023, they ran tests and determined I needed a new air compressor for $2,048.30. I allowed them to conduct the repair. I received the car back on 6/16/2023, and it was working great. I drove the car a couple days and realized a mildew smell in the car which seemed like sitting water. I inspected the vehicle and found a large wet area in the front passenger seat. I brought the vehicle to a local mechanic for an opinion, and he said it appears to be leaking from the evaporator and is likely a clogged drain line. He said since Grieco did the repair work, they should fix any issues arising from the repair at no cost. He also reminded me that Grieco replaced the air compressor in the vehicle less than one (1) year ago, which I completely forgot. I contacted Grieco on 6/21/2023 and they said to bring in the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to Grieco on 6/22/2023 and they ran "tests" and inspected the vehicle. No shock, they claim none of the issues arise from their evaporator core work and the leak is coming from outside the vehicle, like the door or windshield. They said the cost to repair would "begin" with a leak test to determine the leak location and then they could advise of the repair required. They quoted the cost to "start" at $540 for the leak test, then the costs for the labor and materials for the repair would follow. At this point I've had enough and told them to do no repairs and return the vehicle. I then took the vehicle back to Empire Auto on 6/22/2023 for their analysis. Upon arriving to the shop, I was on the phone for +/-20 minutes prior to exiting the vehicle. The repair shop manager walked up and asked me to look under the vehicle, and he said there should be a significant puddle of water below the vehicle from condensation draining from the A/C, yet there was no water at all. At this point, the front passenger area had a small puddle of water accumulating on the floor. In a short amount of time, the repair shop was able to confirm the leak in the vehicle was from the clogged drainpipe leading from the A/C system. In addition, the repair shop was able to find a Ford Manufacturer fault on the A/C drain system and conducted a further repair applying a Ford Manufacturer drain elbow to alleviate any leaks. The repair shop conducted the drainpipe clearing and the pipe elbow application, along with drying out the vehicle. Following, the repairs were a total of $398.00, and the vehicle is completely dry. Even with several upcoming South Florida torrential downpours, the vehicle is dry inside (no outside vehicle leak). I submitted a claim on BBB for a full refund, and Greico completely ignored it. Stay away from this place. (Note: I had much more info. but I'm limited to 765 words)

Definitely one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've had. I saw a listing on AutoTrader.com for a Scion XB that was just taken in on trade at Bill Jarrett Ford. I reached out and quickly heard back from Tori Richards; internet sales manager. The listing didn't have pictures yet since the vehicle wasn't even detailed yet, but Tori offered to snap some pics and text them to me. She even took the time to FaceTime me while at the vehicle since I couldn't just "stop by the dealer" to see for myself (I'm from Tampa which is 1hr 45min away). She pointed out the flaws on the used vehicle (expected given the age of the car), but also took the time to see if there was any other questions I had. I decided I wanted to move forward with the purchase, but I couldn't make it there until the next day. I didn't want to lose the car to another buyer, but Tori and her manager agreed to hold the vehicle for me until the next day. Went there and the vehicle was just as described by Tori. She was gone by the time I arrived, but she left all the details with a fellow colleague named Dee (which was also great to work with). They had my paperwork all set to go. It was literally a 15 min transaction. I was thrilled to be in and out of a dealership that quickly. A+ for the staff at Bill Jarrett Ford! Special thanks to Tori, Dee, and Rosalee (I believe that was her name) to making it one of the easiest car buying experiences.

There service department is very unprofessional. I have had my automobile there for over 42 days and they cannot fix it or even return my call. When I do speak with a representative from the service department they promise me a call by the end of the day, while we are going on 42 days and no return calls or updates on my vehicle.

If this is the type of "customer service" they provide, ladies I suggest you leave your husband at home if you go there to buy a car or have your vehicle serviced. It says a lot about their dealership, the character of the people they hire and their lack of business ethics if this is the type of people they hire. They lost a loyal customer, along with several other potential customers due to their lack of ethics, integrity and trust. Employees sleeping with married customers is a bad look for the whole business. Taking my business elsewhere instead of dealing with trash.

Knowledgeable, polite, and very easy to talk and work with. Darren Mathews (Sales Manager) was respectful and straight to the point and did what needed to be done to earn our business. Mike Stringer (Finance Manager) was easy to talk to didn't push anything extra, well he did but saying "no" once was enough to close the question. Overall great experience in buying our new car. Let me start by saying Kareen and the sales staff seem terrific and exceptional. With that being said that was the last and final experience my wife and I plan on ever having with Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet of Pompano. To summarize, my wife and I were both in the market for new vehicles, she was looking for a BMW X5 and I was looking for a new LT Trail boss with the updated interior. After searching and leaving Braman BMW of Jupiter and looking at a beautiful X5 for her we decided to check out the White BMW X5 Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet had to offer since I was also in the market for a new Chevrolet. Unfortunately we barely even made it past the front door. Even though it was posted as available, on the lot, and priced well before I even got to mention I was looking at trading my new F150 we were told the X5 was available but the "GM" had it. At first I thought GM as in general motors so I was a bit confused, but that confusion was short lived when we were told it was actually the General Manager who took it home and decided to drive it for the weekend. When we asked to see the vehicle and for him to bring it in we were told we would have to wait until he is finished with the vehicle and he will bring it in Monday. Kareen was very sweet and took my number even though I told her we were no longer interested. Frustrated because my wife who is a Dermatology PA and I working in Offshore petroleum, with two children in the mix, have almost no time to really do much let alone drive an hour to see a vehicle posted and ready to be sold just to be told the General Manager took it home for his own pleasure. Even with that we decided to drive home and give the dealership one more chance to make it right. We asked Kareen if she could text her GM and ask him to bring the vehicle in the next day instead of Monday. She was extremely kind and considerate and said she would ask. She was told no so apparently the GM joy rides are more important than the customers that keep the doors open. It really shows where this dealership's priorities lie and how little they will go for potential customers. If they aren't even willing to bring a vehicle in they have listed for sale and available I can only imagine how little they would be willing to work for any of their customers on a deal that works for them. Extremely unprofessional and will be taking our business elsewhere.
