Outstanding!! I come from New Jersey to get my car serviced here because of the exceptional service, knowledge and commitment of everyone to keep my vehicle in top condition. From the top down, the manager, Ivan Loi, and his team of service representatives and technicians, are dedicated to making a trip to the dealership an easy and pleasant experience. Everyone works together making sure the customer knows and understands exactly what their car needs. And, they always explain in detail what needs to be done and why....and even showing me upon occasion. From someone who knows very little about cars, I have put my total trust in this team. They know me and they know my car, and that is important to me. They are pleasant, accommodating, experienced, helpful and thorough. I cannot stress enough how outstanding this dealership is. Needed new wiper inserts for my 2007 Accord. Did not have an appointment but saw they were open when I drove by on a Saturday afternoon. Brittany met me at my car and was friendly and accommodating and had me on my way to my nieces birthday party in no time. Diane inside had to show this dummy how to operate the hot water machine to make a cup of tea. 😀 Love Price Honda.
